A good doctor. However, beware that UPMC will charge you (in my case $188) just for the fact he is based in their facility. Yep, their facility fee was $188! A highway robbery. When I brought it up to Volkin's office, they said it was my problem. How this is legal is beyond me. I am filing complaint with the PA Attorney General. Never again! Thieves.

He is a very caring doctor. Even though I only see him once a year, he remembers me every time I see him.
