I was referred to Dr. Norris through my fiancé, she had been going to see him since she was a child as had her whole family. I have had an extreme amount of dental work done previously to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars with several other dentists. I soon realized, not long into the rebuilding of my upper and lower teeth that he was far more advanced in technique and far more thorough in proper evaluation. I would consider him a "perfectionist". I could not be happier with the result, not only are the teeth both beautiful and natural looking, my bite has never been better. His staff and ceramist are top notch. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone who is looking a dentist to see Dr. Norris. He is truly a medical doctor. He is motivated to improve your personal health, he is honest and highly trustworthy.

Dr. Mark Norris is the BEST dentist in Vancouver (and probably the entire Lower Mainland). If you are looking for a dentist - look no further. He is patient, kind, extremely knowledgable and very thorough in explaining all the details with respect to your teeth and any procedures. He is very gentle when working in your mouth as is his entire staff (!). He really goes the "extra mile" for his patients and this is hard to find. I have been a patient of Dr. Norris for over 30 years and my entire family goes to him as well. His staff are also amazing - fantastic service and great attitudes! I highly recommend Dr. Norris if you are in search of a dentist.

Dr. Norris is a kind and gentle dentist who is extremely knowledgeable in his field; he is always right up-to-date in the latest developments in dentistry. Dr. Norris never appears to be rushed and this helps calm the patient very much. He has done some top notch work on my mouth. Dr. Norris and his Staff are both very professional and so kind. I am usually very nervous while at the Dentist but since having Dr. Norris take care of my teeth, I have lost my fear and anxiety. It has become a very positive experience. I would like find some original way to add to the very fine and fully deserved comments on Doctor Norris as can be read in previous comments. It is not easy as it seems that his patients all agree to the most favorable. Doctor Norris is a first class profesional doubled by a wonderful human being. My mouth needed a lot and difficult work. Over many years, Doctor Norris really went out of his way to look for the best potential solutions, technically, in design,in esthetics, in cost and come to recommandations that always worked best for me. He is a perfectionist, pasionate with his work. He makes himself always available, always very considerate and attentive to the full satisfaction of his patients. Fortunately he is younger than me so I will never have to look for another dentist.

Finding a good dentist is not hard. Finding an exceptional dentist however, is almost like getting happily married - chances are in the millions. Dr.Norris has been my dentist for 13 years and I have had experience with other dentists before. As much as I used to dread going to the dentists' office before, he and his staff, almost make it a pleasure, an invisible lollipop for the grownups. Impeccably detail oriented and almost with Germanic perfection, he works gently and patiently to make sure that you leave on a positive note. This is the most amazing doctor, oh and he volunteers as a professor of dentistry at UBC. A truly exceptional experience.
