Can not recommend Dr Hannam enough, Incredibly caring, understanding, knowledgable and honest.

Horrific experience. Forced us to do PGS, I ended up with OHSS due to negligence and lack of close monitoring. Was the most expensive clinic and after destroying us with one traumatizing experience, we were dismissed. He took no responsibility, just blamed my age. He also gave us a letter strictly implementing very limited communication. How can an a reproductive endocrinologist do that to people that are going through the toughest and most sensitive process of their lives. The financial representative comes out with a debit machine that has bling all over it. Completely unprofessional and tasteless, especially in a clinic where people are paying with every penny for chance to conceive and have a child/family. She was very unpleasant and not someone who should be working in a fertility clinic.
The clinic is beautiful, but the service and treatment from this doctor was the opposite.
Also Dr. Garabedian that works with him is another disaster. She’s 100 miles per hour and it felt like she made my left ovary explode during my hysteroscopy. She would rush into the office and rush out.

Tom Hannam is just one of those unethical people you do not want in charge of the clinic intended to help you. Him and his nurses had such blatant disregard for my privacy it was horrific, especially for a place thats treating such a sensitive issue. Money money money is all he cares about.

Really disappointed in this clinic. They are very money driven and do not provide specialized care. You will be treated like a number. They can be rude and dismissive forgetting that trying to have a baby for us is such an emotional time. There is no compassion by his staff whatsoever. There were times when I was put in meds despite my levels being normal cone to find out later when I got pregnant again and they told me not really needed. I wonder if that could have caused my miscarriage? I also was given a trigger shot when I knew my ovulation had passed already based on my at home kit which again costed me money and also built up anticipation that I was going to proceed with iui but to be disappointed with a call later that day telling me it was too late. I know Dr Hannam is a great Doctor and knowledgeable because I have a friend that had success with him 10 years so. U fortunately with this new factory compassion and specialized care is amiss and money is the only true driving force. Very sad,

Dr. Hannam is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He is also a straight shooter - which was very welcome given the issues we are dealing with. After 3 years of disappointment using a different clinic, I am happy to have finally had my first child under the care of Dr. Hannam. I am looking forward to trying for a second.

Money money money is all that it is for this doctor. Keeps on pushing me to do IVF and other unnecessary tests that costs thousands of dollars. I had to go to a different clinic because I just can’t afford IVF. Guess what? I got pregnant in a medicated IUI cycle at a different clinic. I am glad I got a second opinion, a doctor that my friend recommended. I am glad I didn’t waste time and money at this clinic.

Hannam Fertility Clinic have been amazing. I have done 8 rounds of IVF before I found them and I wish it happened sooner. Dr Hannam is so lovely and completely nonjudgmental. His staff are incredibly professional. I was with 3 other fertility clinics before this one.

Very unethical and arrogant doctor. He cancelled my cycle just before retrieval because I complained his staff and questioned his recommendations, even he knew that I invested all the money I have to this IVF and likely this is the last chance in my life to get pregnant. This clinic is quite disorganized and truly money driven. I learned to apply my own judgement on my IVF process due to frequent sales attempt and doctor's unqualified decisions. I have a strong feeling that Dr. Hannam is the kind of doctor that has strong professional skills, able to help you if he wants; but may doesn't like to see his clients become knowledgeable or even challenge his decisions or dare to complain against his staff. Even a slight disagreement could drive him to be extreme arrogance or defensive, and makes very immoral decisions to revenge you. Be care with him. Plenty of nice doctors elsewhere.

Going through infertility is lonely and terrifying . Dr. Hannam and his team make the process much more manageable. I went through IVF with this clinic and the staff could not have done enough to help me feel more comfortable. They always answered all my questions very quickly. Dr Hannam also called me directly and provided excellent advice regarding a very difficult situation. Dr Hannam is not only brilliant in his field, he is actually a kind and caring human being. Any procedures so far have been painless and with an easy recovery when applicable. I am truly grateful for Dr Hannam and his clinic. Without their support, encouragement and compassion, I would have given up by now. Yes this clinic is expensive, but if you are able to afford the prices it’s 100% worth it. Believe me, I have done my research. There is a reason the IVF government funding wait is long here, Dr Hannam is the best in the city, if not in Canada. If you are reading this because you are looking for a RE, I am truly sorry you are going through this. Rest assured, if you go with Dr Hannam you are truly in the best hands.

Dr. Hannam is an amazing doctor. He shows up to every appointment prepared and he is beyond knowledgeable. My husband & I both feel as though we are his only patients simply because of the amount of support and personalized information he gives us at each appointment.
