Only good things to say about Dr. King. I knew I needed a hip replacement and he agreed. Within a month surgery, no problems... better than new!

After what was supposed to be a simple arthroscopic surgery to repair the meniscus of my right knee, not only did I not get any better, I got worse. Five months after the surgery, I demanded another MRI and Xrays in an attempt to understand what had gone wrong. Dr Kings practitioner told me I had to have the knee replaced. I gathered my medical records from his office and the hospital surgical records and saw two more orthopedic surgeons for second opinions. I was told by both docs that I started out with a small problem and now I have a big problem. One of the surgeons told me "Certainly we see sub-standard results from surgeries. But, this is below sub-standard". Dr. King came highly recommended, but I am here to tell you that he wrecked my knee. I am only in my 50's and now face a total knee replacement due to what appears to be medical negligence.

Every time I wet for an appointment I waited over 2 hours. Had arthroscopic surgery on my left knee. This was 18 months ago and I still have terrible knee pain. Never seemed overly concerned that the knee was not getting better. Moved on to a new orthopedic and am very happy.

Dr. King was knowledgeable and pleasant. He has great bedside manners. He really cares about his patients. He listened to me, answered my questions in detail and gave me his full attention and time. He is an excellent surgeon, reviewed all other options with me prior to doing surgery (he is not knife happy) and provided me wonderful follow up care and visits after my bilateral knee replacement. I highly recommend him and his staf.
