For me Dr. Kealey is the best doctor that I ever met! She is professional, caring, knowledge, she likes to look for the causes of every single thing, she takes the necessary time with patient, she is empathetic. I don't have enough words to describe her! I would never change my doctor.

Dr kealey is a ok Dr. I wouldn't say she's the best and the greatest. She's good once she's in the room with you and spend a reasonable time with you. But to get to that point including making an appt. takes for ever. The phone waiting is too long and the to be called inside the room waiting is too long and once u are inside room the waiting is too long. I'm glad she got rid off that staff named Theresa. She was awfull!!! But the new one and the lady with the heavy accent in the office is not that great either. They have bad attitude!! And Dr kealeys cash or check only policy is really inconvenient for the patients. She's too cheap to pay the bank to process the visa payments I guess. Really really bad service and policies. Not enough staffs to wrk for her and the ones she have is very poor. I would never recoment anyone to see Dr. Kealey.

I reviewed her before on 6/14 this is an update. After rescheduling I was finally able to see the Dr. She was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and highly competent. She took the time for an in depth interview and analysis. Glad I took the time to come back and see her. If you're going to see her do yourself a favor and bring a book.

Can't tell you how the doctor actually was... I arrived 15 minutes early for my first appt as requested. An hour and a half later, no doctor in sight, I rescheduled and left. The staff at least could have said something to the effect of "The doctor is running very late today. Would you like to reschedule?" Or maybe have apologized when I asked to reschedule? A token sorry? I'd have been happy even with a lame explanation... We'll see what happens next time.

Long wait time and don't bother calling to make appointment you either will have to wait to make appt or staff will say they will call you back and they don't. They also do not make courtesy calls to remind you of appointments. The doctor is good but staff is not so good.

Have seen her for many years, and went through a complicated 6-mo. illness recently with the best of care. She really knows her stuff and moreover is willing to do research/get input from other docs when needed. Coordinates care very well with specialists. I have always been very happy with her referrals, which are to carefully-selected top-notch docs. She is obviously well respected by her colleagues as they will not hestitate to see her patients, even on short-notice if needed. The one negative is long wait times in the office, but the reason is that she does not rush through the appointment once you see her. For me, the tradeoff is worth it. (Better than a rushed, on-time appointment). Rude staff has not been my experience!

Staff is rude and uncooperative. Dr. Kealey has you come back too often for negative test results.
