Dr. Chaturvedi is an incredible Internist that cares and listens to her patients. Very thorough, personable and professional. You never feel rushed with her. Excellent doctor who saved my life! I highly recommend her.

Dr, Chaturvedi is a caring doctor. She listens and is thorough. She is kind and takes her time. Been my doctor for 25 years. Not crazy about Optum taking over, but they are in transition as to communication, etc. But Dr. C is a very special person.

The office staff is rude and unhelpful. Dr. Chaturvedi is very nice and I would have liked to gone to her as my primary physician, but her staff is difficult, rude and unhelpful. I rather find another office.

Horrible! After spending a month in the hospital I came to Dr. Sanjana Chaturvedi for follow up care after my long hospital stay. First her staff had some trouble getting her to sign off on my home health nurse. Then the required medication the home health nurse needed to give me Procrit Chaturverdi had some issue getting the script written. The home health nurse saw I was in terrible pain still suggested I go see her cause something wasn't normal. I told her that I was still in pain. She told me that it was all in my head I was just depressed because I had spent a month in the hospital. She wanted to prescribe me cymbalta for my so called depression. Knowing that I was in real pain I seeked out a more knowledgeable physician. I ended up having hydronephrosis and ascites not just depression. You better believe I complained to the medical board!

Dr Chaturvedi herself is very nice but her office staff is very unprofessional. They really don't care and don't even read the notes left by Dr. For example, Dr wrote "urgent" (for tests and sending documents to lab) the staff did not even care to fax the report and when we called they faxed to wrong number even after we gave them right fax number twice. The office staff is very undisciplined and careless.
