Have been a patient since Dr Wells left. Have never seen Dr M personally and only see PA's. Prescription refills are a nightmare. Phone calls are not returned. Kept waiting for over an hour to pick up a Rx that was called in over 24 hrs prior during office hours. No accountability for errors.

Went to this practice on the recommendation of a friend. Had flu-symptoms and went in for a visit. They sent me for blood work and after about a week of not getting the results, I called. They said they would have someone call me back. After a few more days of not hearing back, I called again. They put me on hold for about 5 minutes and when they came back, they told me the results were "negative". About 2 weeks later, they called me to ask how I was perplexed as to why they were asking how I was feeling and I told them "fine". They then proceeded to tell me that my results came back "positive" fo rthe flu. 3 weeks ago, I went to them because i had been bitten by a tick. PA Pamela looked at my bite and told me it was definitely a tick bite. She sent me for blood work. After not hearing from them with the results, I called and they told me some one would call me back. Needless to say, no one did. I left another message, no call back. 3 weeks later, they tell me positive.

Been going to this practice for 10 yrs. First visit, liked Dr.Mong.,felt comfortable. Over the past few years the service has deteriorated considerably.Haven’t been able to get an appt. with Dr. Mong. for over 4 yrs, always referred and seen by PA’s.Though I like the PA’s I feel my Dr should see me when I have issues that PA can’t resolve. When I have been ill and need to be seen there is never an appt. available had to wait days before I can be seen. Also can't get through to the office for hours by phone. When I get through the staff is very rude and disrespectful! Whether calling for test results, appt or info, they make you feel as if they would rather be doing something else and not be bothered. If you point out any concerns/complaints they a quick to blame everyone else including the patient. There is only one staff member(Regina) that has compassion and professional attitude, she deserves to be mention. Unfortunately she can’t carry the office. I will be leaving the practice.

I have been a patient of Dr mongelluzzo for about 8 years I feel that the only staff member worth speaking to is sue, you ask her to do something she gets it done. She is extremely knowledgeable. The mother the so called office manger needs to go, absolutly no tact. When you see Dr mongelluzzo he is extremely good but the resheduling of the apts has to stop.

I have been using Brass City Medicine for 4 years. I was always switched to a PA when trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Mongelluzzo. A spirometer was used to measuring the volume of air inspired and expired by the lungs. The plastic device cost under $20 and I was charged $55 for a check that took less than a minute. I was sent home with a monitoring device that I was charged $400.00. The unit had a dead battery. Several months later again, I was sent home a second time. The results were not communicated and they tend to run-up charges for your visits. The staff is very rude to include the office manager. Billing person is an independent contracted person that is impossible to reach. By using my insurance Dr. Mongelluzzo charges me an additional 25%. Dr. Mongelluzzo missed managed my healthcare and when he was comforted become very rude and I will not return. I work in the healthcare field and will share my experience with my colleague. I am done with Dr. Mongelluzzo.

I'll start by saying that I really like Dr. Mongeluzzu (my primary care physician) but I am never able to get an appointment with him. I have been seeing Pam (PA) for a few years but when I have seen her, I have had to wait over an hour (and I called before heading there to make sure she was on time) in the waiting room, on average. I made an appointment with Dr. M only to find out when they called to confirm that they had switched it on me and then had to reschedule again. I waited over an hour to see Pam and finally had to leave before seeing her. Now I am sick and want to see Dr. M but they can't get me in with him until May 23 (16 days from yesterday when I called). I only have to wait 4 days if I want to see the rude PA. It is definitely time to switch offices. I'll be sorry to leave Dr. M but I guess he is not really my doctor since I can't even get in to see him.
