Always double books appointments and there is no real concern for your well being. He is in and out quickly and so are you.

Although a patient of Dr. Mongelluzzo, I have yet to see him in the office after 9 years. The only time I have had face to face interaction with him has been at soccer and baseball games in town. I only saw PA's and then Dr. Bustamante. After a few years of being assigned to her, she left the practice and I was never notifed. I was reassigned to Dr. Duncan- who was so damn unfriendly, and when I requested to see him I was told I did not have a choice in the matter and I had to see Dr. Unfriendly. Well I called today, only to find out that Dr. Unfriendly is now no longer with them and I have now been reassigned once again. Ummm last I checked I pay my insurance premiums and this is my health care in question. Needless to say I have left the practice. Extrememly Unprofessional!

Doctor Mongelluzzo is very knowledgeable and gives you the time you need.He is caring and compassionate. The only problems are with his staff. His office manager is discourteous, disrespectful and downright mean to his clients. Often, you don't get to see him but a PA instead. Luckily, his PAs are fantastic. He would do much better if he maintained some leadership and control over the way his front office and billing department staff treat the patients.

I have been with this practice for a few years now and they are very impersonal and not very helpful. They are VERY slow with getting back test results and VERY sneaky with their billing. They charge you for things you didn't even know you could be charged for and always want to push antidepressents down your throat..also..their scheduling is NOT convient at all and their staff is also chatting it up with each and barely pay attention to you..will be switching doctors thanks to this site..now I can find a good one
