Un médecin merveilleux très connaissant, très gentil. Il prend toujours le temps de vous expliquer et de vous rassurer. J’espère que son remplaçant sera aussi bon parce que malheureusement il prend sa retraite bientôt

Always is running late. Clinc starts at 2:00 and is running 40 min late by 3:00 pm

Dr. Laryea is very caring and pleasant and has real concern for his patients. The staff at the Lakeshore General Oncology Dept however could be more helpful in returning calls and speaking to patients and their families with more compassion, considering that we are all dealing with this horrible disease. There were many times when they have told off patients/caregivers when the caregivers use the washroom, or when the patients ask questions at the reception and the receptionist seem to be pissed that she is disturbed.

Dr. Laryea was my haematologist from 2000 to 2008 when I moved from Quebec. I always found him to be caring, informative, willing to listen and answer my questions. He is amazing. I never minded the wait in his office because I knew he took the time to listen to and treat his patients. And all this with a sense of humour. (I have a form of bone marrow failure.)

Dr. Laryea is treating me for deep anemia, low iron, ferratine, b12 bad absorption... He is very nice and friendly. Very polite as well with a great work ethics. He is very caring. Once before he goes on vacation to Africa, he had call me home to tell me that i must take my b12 as is very important as he got the blood test result after my appointment at Lakeshore hospital.
He cares for his patients... He is a great humain being full of professionalism!! I am lucky to have him.
