Great doctor but he is direct and doesn't sugar coat issues. I like his forthright demeanor but I am sure some folks will be too sensitive. Very knowledgeable and provides excellent care and advise.

I saw Dr Todd Martell for many years. He would see my handicapped daughter. He is very knowledgable but also very smart alec & sometimes rude and laugh at you. I was always polite but sometimes humiliated because he would belittle us. One day I saw him at the Drayson Center where I swim & swam my daughter.He said what is SHE doing here & I said I swim with her.He had a ridiculous look of disbelief on his face. Kinda of self centered Not very compassionate like other Loma Linda doctors.He is very egotistic.Loves his wardrobe & cowboy boots. Not a good example of a person dedicated" To Make Man Whole" Better for him to work with elderly not much interaction to feed his personality

Dr. Martell is frequently late however, the reason is that he takes time if you need him, so I just give him some slack because he's always been there for me. He is awesome!

Dr Martell is the best doctor I have ever been to, he listens to you, takes his time, so if you have to wait to see him, it because he cares about giving you all his attention. Have seen him for 7 years, would hate to lose him.

I have seen Dr. Martell for nearly 20 years. He is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I have not had any problems and would highly recommend him.

Very cold rude did not even examin me after I drove clear from orange county. His teaching Doctor misplaced my records and told me she gave them to me she was so stressed out from him snapping at her she could not remember the question she had asked me ten minutes before. I wanted to end my life when I walked out of there how sad we have to call them Dr's.

Went to Dr. Martell for several years.  For the most part, didn't have a problem with him.  He was generally good with diagnosing problems, but lacked in his bedside manner.  When asked for a referral to Orthopedics,for knee pain (OA), instead (on 2 diferent occasions), I was given PT (which didn't help). He laughed and said I should probably just get used to using a cane. His response was uncalled for. Went to a new MD, who was extremely concerned about my knee, was sent to Orthopedics immediately, who scheduled a knee replacement asap. I felt like I wasted several painful years going to Dr. Martell for my knee pain.

Very helpful doctor. Runs late because he takes the time that is needed for each patient. You never feel rushed or not listened to. Very intellegent.

Although I often have to wait more than 30 minutes to see Dr. Martell, I would not change doctors. He is very knowledgeable and caring. After we have discussed my medical issues, he takes time to talk to me about my emotional, spiritual,and psychological well being. I would highly recommend Dr Martell.
