I have been a patient for almost a yr and will not be going back. At my last visit, Dr Moogerfeld yelled at his staff and threw a chart at the receptionist. He seemed distracted and agitated during my exam and barely paid attention to what I was saying. This is completely unprofessional and no one should be talked to the way he was talking to his staff.
The wait times are between 1-2 hours and some of the patients were leaving. Upon leaving, I was told I had a balance but they could not tell me what it applied to. I had to sit in the lobby for 20 mins to wait on someone from the billing dept to tell me why I had a balance. The office is unorganized and there are papers stacked up everywhere; I am not surprised they could not figure out why I had a balance because the place is a mess.

Dr. Moogerfeld seems to know about certain illnesses such as diabetes, but he does not seem to be very professional in handling his office. The staff had stacks of papers that needed to be scanned in of patients records when I went to request records. The doctor had seen my husband 2+ weeks prior, yet test results were not available for him. You may have to wait to see the doctor 1-2 hours after your SCHEDULED appointment. Also, Dr. Moogerfeld interrupted the receptionist when she was trying assist me and someone on the phone. That is just plain rude!

Dr Moogerfield is a good doctor but his staff is horrible and sloppy. They never call to confirm my appointment and when I call the office, it rings and rings then goes to voice mail. The staff has papers stacked up everywhere and they don't appear to know what they are doing. He needs better staff.

This doctor is good, but cannot manage his staff. Today I waited 1 1/2 hours to see him because of staff mistakes.

My wife took today off from work for her appointment with Moogerfeld. On arrival at his office she was told: He"s not seeing patients because he"s doing paper work. His office called yesterday and confirmed her appointment for today. No phone call today from him cancelling her appointment. We traveled 25 miles, missed a day of work for what? He thinks his time is more important than ours and we can just like it. Bordering on incompetence or just don't care?

Difficult to talk to, doesn't listen, easily distracted, has a "know it all" pedantic attitude, and impatient. Heard "Well, I don't know what you can do" one time too many. Wait time is ridiculous.

Dr. Brian is dropping Tricare and trying to get Tricare patients to go away in a very mean and unprofessional manner. Don't trust him regardless of your insurance.

Dr. Brian does not understand pain. If you go to him with pain, Forget it!He will get upset if you don't go to the office enough even though you are not sick.

Dr, Brian is a very good doctor. He dors not have privacy curtains in his rooms which can be very embarassing because other patients and staff walking by can see in.
