Dr. Dalsania is a great doctor with some awesome nurses and a very efficient office staff. He always makes you feel that he's heard you and is focused on your particular big picture to make you feel well again. This always includes an open and frank discussion, and, if you deserve it (I admit it, I did), a finger wagging because he's that serious about your health. He's five stars and two thumbs up in my book.

During a conversation with Sergio after insisting on an appointment (office personnel tried to put off until Monday even thought my husband was in pain), Sergio said preliminary results showed no stone. He even dismissed it and asked instead about his prostate. The very next day, after my husband passed the stone, the rude receptionist called and told my husband that: "Dr. Dalsania was happy to report that the report showed no stone." My husband corrected her (and Sergio). Her reply: "Well, that's not what the report says." Sergio is aware/no apology/no improvement. As to punctuality, there is a terrible disconnect in that office. There was an entire weekend between the events of my husband getting in to see him (actually the PA who prescribed a less than sufficient pain med), a phone call to Sergio (who dismissed the stone and questioned his prostate) and the phone call ending with the statement: "Well, that's not what the report says." Again, Sergio is aware/no apology/no improvement.

My husband went in for his annual check up during which Sergio neglected to spot a suspicious mark on his face. This required my husband to go back in for removal and biopsy. As we are going into a holiday weekend, this experience (oversight on Sergio's part) is causing us more stress. Had Sergio "spotted" it, as it was the same only a month ago, we would have it behind us. My husband was focused on concerns of our labwork, which were miscommunicated over the phone. As a provider of dermatology services, in addition to the usual stuff, one would expect better...a more thorough examination of the skin - especially in an area as noticeable as the face.
