Overall, my experience with Dr. Sejean has been good because he gets the job done in an efficient and friendly manner. However, he has a tendency to rush through his work and does not always properly explain what’s going on or what needs to be done. Rita, one of the receptionists, is not friendly and hard to deal with. She is very selective in who she offers kindness.

Dr Sejean has been very helpful and knows his "stuff". As for the comments regarding the lack of professionalism on behalf of his reception staff, my experience has been the exact opposite. His reception staff has always been courteous, helpful, and sympathetic each and every time that I've dealt with them. Perhaps some of the people complaining need to change THEIR own attitudes when dealing with service staff...

I think Dr. Séjean is wonderful. Have had many run-ins with the woman at the reception desk. I don't understand how and why this woman is working with the public, especially in a hospital.

Receptionist lacks social skills. Belligerent and refuses assistance. "too busy" to help you. If you can get past this witch, Dr. Sejean is fine.

Dr Sejean repaired my deviated septum and removed large polyps from my sinus cavity in 1985 when I was 21, he was very knowledgeable and had excellent surgical skills. Because of him I have never had any further surgery. I can see by his many positive reviews that he has continued to provide excellent medical care.

He took out my daughter's tonsils recently. Was very reassuring and kind throughout the entire process. Very experienced and seems to genuinely care for his patients

He's one of the best drs I know! He removed my tonsils on August 10th 2017, he was very helpful with the medication he gave me it helped with the pain. The healing process took what? Maybe like a few weeks like max a month I went to go see him he said everything was good. And if I ever need anything all I do is show up!! Like this one of the most amazing drs I ever had he cares a lot for his patience's and with their needs. I recommend him if you have (E.N.T) problems
