Without a doubt, one of the best doctors I have ever had. My daughter and I are both followed by him for Hashimoto related nodules. He is gentle (especially when doing the biopsies), makes you feel very at ease and is genuine in every sense of the word. He constantly reassured us in some stressful visits and is very knowledgeable and kind. The best in Montreal in his field! You will be in good hands!

I first started seeing Dr. Payne about 5 years ago.
Was referred by family physician.
I had a large nodule on the left side of thyroid.
Biopsies always came back clear but the nodule became an issue with breathing and swallowing.
The left side was removed 2 years ago.
Best surgeon and kind hearted.
I feel assured when I am there.
Have been monitored on the right side as well and just had another biopsy on the right side.
Awaiting results.
I can not stress enough the knowledge this man has.
Very fortunate to have him as a doctor.
