Dr Sejean was amazing...and funny!!! Having waited a while to see an ENT, his secretary was kind enough to call me with a cancellation. I only waited about 15 minutes to see him, and he thoroughly checked me...not like the last ENT. I am on a waiting list to have my tonsils removed, and he was very honest and upfront with me about the recovery. He answered all of my questions and concerns...I never felt rushed.

This is the worst doctor I have ever came across. I went to see him because I had sudden hearing loss and was very worried. He checked my ear very quickly, didn’t take the time to answer any of my questions and sent me back home saying I just needed to put a few drops of oil in my ear and that he would meet me back in a week so he could try to see what’s wrong with my it. I tried explaining to him that I was sure it was something more urgent than that, but he wouldn’t listen and was rushing me out of his office. I went straight to the ER after seeing him so I could see another doctor, I still had so many questions, worries and was sure that he was missing something. Turns out, I was suffering from something we literally call sudden hearing loss and that I needed to have cortisone injected in my eardrum to try to save it. Every other doctor was able to look into my ear, no oil drops needed, because like I said there wasn’t wax or anything blocking my ear like Dr. Sejean said. The earlier you start the treatment the more chance you have to get your hearing back. He was going to make me wait another week to see him and god knows how many other weeks to get a hearing test and the injections. Was able to get all of that in 24 hours with other doctors, thanks to them for actually listening to me and not rushing me out of their offices.

I have never seen such a profession and friendly doctor.
The secretary is a jem. I had two ear operations and everything went well his staff at the St Mary’s hospital were very good as well. Thank you Dr st Jean

Il n'a pas voulu écouter mon histoire jusqu'au bout. Il a regardé mon oreille pendant que je parlais et m'a dit c'est bon il n'y a rien et m'a expédié hors de son bureau. Il n'a pas vu que j'avais un trou dans le tympan. Dangereux, à éviter à tout pris.

Excellent doctor who is compassionate and knowledgeable. He saved my hearing with a very complicated operation. Always pleasant and willing to explain each procedure. His secretary is efficient and always pleasant.

First met this Doctor in March 2021 & told me he didn't perform OPERATIONS. You read the comments below & he does operate.
Saw him again in December 2022 & was saying weird things & as if I didn't catch his game, It was SO obvious. Anyway, good luck to other people that have to deal with him...

What a scam artist that "Dre" is! He will walk you to the ATM, when you don't have your card asking for CASH$$$ If you don't pay... Good luck with that! What a horrible DRE

AN excellent doctor really knows his job. He is very kind and very nice. He performed a parotidectomy on me. my scar is almost imperceptible. He took his time to explain the entire procedure to you. In addition, he carried out multiple studies before the surgery. The day of the surgery made me feel very confident that everything was going to be okay.. I highly recommend him.
