I attended Dr. Schmidt's office for an MRI review. I had called in earlier to confirm my appointment, and they said Dr. is ready to see me. I went 15 minutes early. They first asked me to fill out some paperwork (which was a bit agitating since I had filled them out before). They called my name 15 minutes AFTER my appointment. I waited for another 10 minutes in the patient room before a nurse came in to ask me whether or not I had my MRIs. I explained that the medical staff of the MRI facility (which is in the same facility) had already sent them to the office. She roamed around for another 10 minutes to come back and explain a bunch of fluff to me that I already knew. I asked if anyone was going to review my MRI with me as they said they would. There was no explanation as to what was wrong and what I needed to do. She brought out a piece of paper and read off a sentence from the MRI report with medical jargon on my injury. Then she insisted that the appointment was over. Unacceptable.

this doctor is so easy to talk to. i was not rushed on my appointment. had a clear understanding of what i wanted to do. he will be the doctor who performs my surgery.i won't be going any where else. ric stuber. owner diamond towing

the doctor was actually very arrogant. he didnt care about me. he jsut wanted to operate and that scared me

This was, by far, the most informative and entertaining interaction I have had with an MD. I work in a medical facility and in seven years have never seen a Doc like Dr. Schmidt. He's high energy, very knowledgeable and the best thing is, he's a life long Steelers fan. Highly, highly recommended!

Love the Rock music in Operating Room and office memorabilia. His polka-dot bow tie and suspenders make him totally unique. Never bored in his waiting room much entertainment while waiting. If only he was a Dallas Cowboy fan he'd be perfect!!!

the doc has done both shoulders correcting one another dr in Ukiah messed up badly. I really like the whole crew and their way of doing things. Santa Rosa office is a must see!

Excellent-My shoulder surgery included removing bone spurs and a capsular release. I felt better the next day, and already had better range of motion. I would not use or trust anyone else. He is the best at what he does. Highly recomended.

I am a professional mountain bike racer and tend to put very hgh demand on my body.After impingement and before surgery my career was over, I just could'nt ride the bike correctly. Now post surgery 3mos, I am 100% pain free and gaining back my streanth fast!!! I'm riding to my full potential and racing again....Dr, Schmidt is the s#%t!!! no one better!! thanks doc- Tony Henderson.
