People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. This is my last post, people can think what they want of me. I apologize if I offended anyone, but the comments written specifically about me are hurtful and a defamation of character, and that I will never stoop to that level. I may be wrong at times, but patients also have to start taking blame for their own actions. I would be ashamed if I was your parents, because they don't raise their children to use the language that you used. Do you think your actions were okay? The funny thing is here, that your conversation was one sided, but I forgot its supposed to be that way so you can make me look like the monster. Another thing if other patients would've heard the conversation I was having, they say how do you deal with that, you have more patients than I do, and I probably would've told them where to go. You see that is where my professionalism comes in because I don't tell them the conversation or what I would truly like to say. I will admit that some situations could be handled differently, but when you get heated with me you think that I should just sit there and take it. No way. I didn't get heated until you did. Again sorry if I offended you, but 9 times out of 10 the patient gets disgruntled because they don't get their own way. As far as hating my job, I take my job too serious sometimes because I do care about running office smoothly and feel for patients. The comments being said about me specifically I feel is more bullying than me trying to explain the office rules and policies. Thank you for all the words of encouragement, maybe I will try to change my attitude being I am the one who is rude and nasty.

Maybe people complaint about the rude front desk girl should ask themselves, why am I getting upset if following the rules. Usually the only reason someone gets mad is cause they are usually wrong and don't want to admit it. You can catch more flies with honey. The front desk girl is only doing her job. If you think that the rules don't apply to you or if first offense, you should really thank your fellow patients for the inconvenience. Rules are put in place for a reason, if there wasn't any the office would be even further behind on chart note, seeing patients, and filling prescriptions and filling out forms. Thank you

I think that Dr. Kim is a wonderful Doctor--tends to not be punctual, but otherwise okay. I was a little astonished at the some of the reviews, saying how Tina is so rude and to avoid her at all cost. I think that she keeps the office running ship shape and I put myself in her shoes and if I had to deal with the number of complaints that she has to hear and deal with, it may get a little old after awhile. The office is very proficient because of her and she can multitask. She has had to deal with problem patients (meaning they don't understand rules and policies) that the doctor impliments and she is just making sure that rules are followed. Maybe patients should cut her and the other staff some slack, and see that she deals with the same excuses and complaints from the same people over and over. I have been in there several times when she has had to deal with a disgruntled patient, but I feel also the patient does not have the right to become irate or call the office staff names and get a way with it, so if she has had a few disgruntled patients than so be it. Anytime I have asked for things and explained that I don't understand things she has taken the time to explain and tell me how policies and procedures work. I think that Dr. Kim has a very good office staff working for him.

Have gone to Dr.Kim a handful of times in the past couple of years. Dr.Kim is a wonderful, caring doctor , who takes time in his explanations & offers help to the fullest of his ability. I would recommend Dr.kim to anyone who is in pain & in need of relief & compassion !! However, Tina, the front desk girl, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. More than once she was extremely rude & condisending on the phone & recently started a one sided argument (her side) with me within seconds of answering the phone over a very simple scheduling conflict between 2 imaging centers. When she could have easily avoided being nasty by simply explaining I would need to keep my appointment at one facility vs the other, she proceeded to treat me like a child & reprimanded me while telling the other office staff & possibly other patients in the waiting area that she " wasn't going to fight with this one "..meaning me of coarse. When I came back with a " how dare you" attitude, it went from bad to worse ! She has to be one of the most unprofessional women I've dealt with in my life & is nasty to boot ! Avoid Tina at ALL COSTS! Ask for Jean & she'll make your day.

Doctor is GREAT !!!! front desk is RUDE and treats you like a child while explaining things. I have found another physician due to the disrespect from the staff. The girl at the desk simply looks for ways to argue with callers and all can hear this in the waiting room. I could not stand it. Will never go back

Dr. Kim is an ok doctor. Knowledgeable, helpful, etc. Not the kind of doctor you go "OMG I am SOO glad I have him" but competent enough. HOWEVER< I am astounded by the rudeness of his staff, in particular, the front desk woman. She seems to have A LOT of personal issues going on; once during my wait for the doctor, I got to hear all about her woes while she chatted miserably to a friend on the phone. Ugh! She's enough to make me never want to see this guy again; and guess what? I get my meds from him, but I go elsewhere for care :) I detest rude, incompetent people. To work in a doctors office but hate people doesn't seem like a great plan, for anyone. I think next time I pick up my perscription from her I'm going to have to eat a TON of beans and garlic the night before, then leave a stinky present as I bid my farewells.
