Dr. Collins is an kind and compassionate doctor. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and never ever rushes you out of his office. The office staff, Linda & Joanne are wonderfully friendly and caring as well. Dr. Collins is retiring at the end of 2015 and while I am happy for him, I will miss his kind, caring manner. There sure aren't many doctors like him anymore.

Dr. Collins is an excellent physician. His medical care, knowledge, diagnosis and follow up care is outstanding. He is very compassionate and kind and listens so well. And even after I've shared all my concerns he almost always asks me one more time if there is anything else he can help me with ... never rushed, always calm. Joanne and his other staff are also excellent and do a great job making me feel like 'person', not just a number. I know that Dr. Collins is going to be retiring and I'm so happy for him, however it will be a very big loss for the medical community. I have never had a doctor quite like him before.

We are very fortunate to have such a caring Dr. One who is very knowledgeable, and understanding.. Ready to explain what is happening, and takes time to explain what needs to be done. Dr. Collins and staff are amazing! Possibly the best doctor to take over Patten's practice. I have since moved out of London but I still drive in to see him because I cannot find a family Physician that even comes close! Joanne is extremely helpful and accommodating. They will always schedule you in a timely manner and I can honestly say I haven't waited any longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room for a booked appointment. In retrospect, my husbands physician in our city has left him waiting 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. I feel very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and down to earth doctor. I have no intentions on switching until he retires.

Dr. Collins is an amazing Doctor. We were so fortunate to have him take over for Dr. Patten. Our greatest sorrow is that we had to move and it was too far to travel to see him. We will never find anyone again that is so compassionate and caring. Joanne was always so good at getting you in as soon as possible and through the years the staff always felt like friends.

I have been going to Dr. Collins for as long as I can remember and I have never had anything but an amazing experience. It's a little tough to get a hold of the office at times but that all comes with being busy and providing the best possible care. He always take the extra time to sit and talk and explain things to you with any tests he thinks should be run and any procedures he recommends.

The glowing reviews on Dr.Collins are right on. We could not have had a better replacement for Dr. Patten. However, I'm equally impressed by his general prowess about sports; he knows everything about the Leafs, Blue Jays, Detroit Lions, College Football. Talk about being well-rounded. Keep up the good work, Dr. Collins and staff. You are fantastic and appreciated.

Dr Collins is a very kind doctor who is also a good listener. If he doesn't know how to treat you he is willing to refer to you someone else. He is quick to give prescriptions but will try something else out if that doesn't work for you. The only irritating part to going to Dr. Collins is that it is very hard to get an appointment. He has a very earnest smile!
