I've been a patient of Dr. Heinrich's since 2004 and he is treated a variety of things but mostly skin cancers, drooping eyelids from glaucoma, and a broken bone facial bone or two. I would not trust another doctor to touch my face. I have been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and I know a lot of doctors so for me that's a high recommendation.

Dr. Heinrich is genuine, helpful and comforting when discussing procedures. He answered all my questions and took the time with me to fully understand every detail involved. The office is pristine and the staff could not be more friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Heinrich for medical and cosmetic needs.

2 surgeries later and he has made my breathing so bad I can no longer breath through my nose. He did an awful surgery on me and he did a second surgery and he made it even worse...so bad no other doctors can fix his mess !!!!

Dr. Heinrich is a wonderful doctor. I also can not say enough about Jill his surgery scheduler who was more then helpful in getting authorization for me for surgery quickly. I was under a time crunch and she went above and beyond what I have every experienced. I'm extremely happy with my entire experience here.

Completely excellent! The office staff is beyond exceptional. Doctor Heinrich is absolutely impeccable. His empathetic and kind bedside manner are just the beginning of his numerous remarkable qualities. You will not find a better and more thoughtful cosmetic surgeon. I received his name from my dermatologist, in San Clemente, I asked for a referral, and I am so completely delighted to have been referred to him. I have had quite a few surgeries with Doctor Heinrich in the last 2 years; with each one experiencing extremely successful and amazing results. Some of my procedures have been laser related. Doctor Heinrich has many different types of laser procedures and the results are immediate and spectacular. But he can do it all; body sculpting through liposuction, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, leg lifts, tummy tucks. Doctor Heinrich can give you such natural beautiful results that do not look like cosmetic surgery. It just looks like he turned back the hands of time. You will be euphoric!

Dr. Heinrich is very knowledgable and took great care of me the various times I have seen him. I am beyond pleased with the results from my facelift and I would highly recommend Dr. Heinrich. Dr Heinrich was referred to me by two of my very dear friends who had only wonderful things to say about him. After months of their telling me that I really must at least go for a consult. I have to say I'm not sure why it took me so long. I am over the moon with happiness with the results. Dr. Heinrich from the first consult to my last appointment was very attentive and took the time to answer all of my questions which was such a relief. So happy with the outcome, just wish I hadn't waited so long.

Please be ware, Dr. Heinrick uses watered down Botox. I was referred by a friend who highly recommended him & after going back to 'fix' my Botox 3 different times because it faded after only 1 month I gave up. Initially the idea of paying for an area of Botox instead of per unit sounded great, but he never wrote down how many units he used & his staff kept saying 'come back & he will tweak it & fix it'. But, having gone back 3 separate times and the Botox still fading in less than a month is ridiculous & a rip off to any patient. I paid $500 for Botox that lasted a month. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt being my first time there, but 3 separate appointments to fix this is not acceptable to me or anyone of his patients. I would never recommend & would never go back to him again. Was a waste of my money & in these difficult times it was a true luxury for me. His office refuses to help my any further & I can't go back in for wasteful product. What a shame & rip off.
