Dr. Todd Kingdom is the worst doctor/surgeon to ever have. He does not follow medical guidelines & his surgical team at Anschutz knows it as well. He did not see me before nor after surgery. There are a lot of fake reviews saying he is the best. His team treat his patients badly as well. Rude & horrofic are an understatement to describe what a person will experience from him.

After seeing well over fifty doctors over the last few years to help close family members with significant health problems, as well as for my own health issues, I have a pretty good understanding of the difference between good and bad doctors. Dr. Kingdom is among the top five worst I've ever dealt with.
He was arrogant, condescending and dismissive of everything I knew to be entirely true. He criticized most of my reasons for seeing him, berated my previous ENTs for improper care, and dismissed previously successful treatments as pure coincidences.
His conclusion was that I needed to see their neurologist to get pharmaceutical pain treatment.
If your symptoms are undeniably sinus related, Dr. Kingdom may provide good care. For sinus problems that aren’t obvious and can’t be verified at the time of your visit, I highly recommend avoiding Dr. Kingdom.
Dr Kingdom adheres to a different Hippocratic Oath compared to that of my late father-in-law who was a well respect Physician.

UC health and Dr Kingdom are just out to rob you blind. I went for a second opinion, to see if my results from my first ENT was correct. Just getting a second opinion. He proceeded to do a probe of my sinus as I just told him I had it done a week before and was not paying for it again. He said no worries and continued on. I was in his office for 10 minutes, he came in for 5 minutes and talked to me. I left without any answers and I never got the test I came in for. He said he was 90% sure it wasn't that issue. I left and was not happy. Oh well end of story right!!! No, now the billing comes and they bill me $200 for office visit my portion and $795 for using the cubical. They billed insurance another $600 on top of that bill. I call and talk to Kendra in billing she is a real questionable employee. She will not give out a email or her last name or any info that has to do with my bill. She says you have to pay because they billed it. I asked to have it looked at again, she again states that nothing can be done and no one is in charge above her. She is the "GATE KEEPER" if you will to billing. Not a very very friendly lady, I would never have her represent my company. Not professional and rude. Long story short my insurence said a average visit to this Dr would be $159. The real deal is $1395 for 5 minutes and he is not a good ENT. I have seen 5 of them and he is by far the worst of the worst.

I spent 20 minutes with this doctor and he was unable to provide a diagnosis for sinus congestion. He asked me to see his partner. Then, he billed me $2,134.48. I have contact his office repeatedly and have been told that the amount I was charged is customary and that I have no choice but to pay it. Don't see this doctor. He is unethical and possibly incompetent.

Dr Kingdom was arrogant and condescending, refused to listen to the patient and provided no value whatsoever. Worst ENT experience ever. Go see Dr Cutler or Dr Birney who will actually listed to you and discuss versus being a general obnoxious ass.

Dr. Kingdom may know a lot about sinus/ent conditions, however, he has the worst bedside manner of anyone I have ever met. He talks to you like you are a child and even become aggressive at times. He is condescending, rude, and I would never see him again. There is other staff there that is much easier to communicate with that I would see. He also charges $800 per visit to the insurance company which I feel is ridiculous.

Dr. Kingdom brought me relief. I had been miserable and in and out of the emergency room for years with asthma and sinus issues. He reshaped my sinuses surgically and I can now function. My asthma is better and I don't have a constant sinus infection.

This guy is terrible! He was rude and indifferent as well as over an hour late. He came in and spent less than 5 minutes with me (actually less than 5 minutes) and only had me tilt my head back, he stood 2 feet away and looked in and said. Looks OK. Seriously? This was after one of his other "surgeons" performed a sinus surgery and completely messed it up. The hospital paid for me to have another surgery to fix it but Kingdom thought it was "OK". The whole billing thing there is rediculous too. I was charged for an endoscopy that I didn't have either. When I questioned the charge I was told any "viewing" was considered an endoscopy even from 2 feet away. What a joke. Unversity Hospital has a wonderful facility but terrible doctors as a whole. There are much much better ENT's out there. I wouldn't go there for even an emergency

Terrible, don't go to this doctor. I went to Todd for consultation about my nasal issues. The consult ended up costing me $800 for 20 minutes with this guy. The visit is under appeal and I would not recommend this ENT doc to anyone. First of all his office is inside University Hospital, UH will charge your insurance separately. Kingdoms office will also charge your insurance for the visit. Apparently I 'consented' to a nasal endoscopy. I have had nasal endoscopy's in the past and you don't forget them. I never consented to a nasal endoscopy because I never had one performed and I was charged for one. I just feel cheated and lied to. Insurance companies suck too. So next time you go to the doctor make sure you know exactly what they are doing. My visit. 30min = $800 (out of pocket with insurance)
