I have known Dr. Picerno for quite a few years and she is a doctor I trust. I love her friendliness and directness. Her entire staff follows her example which makes for very nice atmosphere .
Kerry her office manager is also wonderful and always there to help. This practice is an A plus.

My first visit. Dr. Picerno identifies herself to you immediately. (Do research on the Internet.) I found the Dr. open beyond belief and more than wiiling to answer your pertinent questions. The Dr. kept busy examining me and wasting no time covering many bases and her technical assistant evaluated the sinus cat scan cd. Dr. Picerno is good natured and so is her technical helper. I have polyps and the Dr. numbed my inner nose and inserted a needle into several polyps to shrink them, thereby giving me long needed relief for one month. I wept a little thanking her and telling her I've suffered so much in the last six years with asthma and never being told I had polyps till way later. I went to Dr. Picerno for sinus problems. The office was well organized and the staff polite. Everything is electronic and seemed to be so efficient. I was able to fill out my paperwork online. She ordered allergy testing and a cat scan and she figured out that my allergies were actually the cause of all of my sinus troubles. I was so relieved that I didn't need surgery! Now I am doing allergy drops to desensitize myself and my symptoms are so much better. She was so natural and personable and really got to root of my problems when no else seemed to be able to do that. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Dr. Picerno is a Poor Listener which results in Poor (incomplete) Rubber Stamp Diagnoses (she already has the all the answers and knows you better than you do). I found her Rude, Arrogant, Condescending, Rushed, and Unprofessional(should check her politics at the door)in short... She is SO Fired!
