I started having hearing and balance problems in 2009. I saw three ENT doctors who gave me a wide range of answers and a surgeon in New Haven Ct (who recommended a hole in my ear). Then I saw an ENT who was part of a team working out of Johns Hopkins who diagnosed me as having Marnier's Disease. I followed his advice which was primarily taking high levels of antioxidants. The problem never went away. In 2020 I saw Dr Widick. In 10 minutes, he told me I did NOT have Marnier's Disease and that it was a crystal imbalance. One session and it was completely GONE. New life!

Had left ear cochlear implant + received earing aid for right ear. The surgical experience for me too was outstanding. Dr. Widick skillfully diagnosed, treated all my ear issues. Also, kudos to his staff including Doc Kinney who always promptly responded to any hearing related issues. If your going to get an implant, I suggest you get 1 that's MRI friendly if you have any other ongoing health conditions (eg. Heart issues) that may require you to get an MRI in the future. Doc Widick is the kind of doctor that other doctors would send their family members to him for treatment

Absolutely wonderful! I had my left ear stapedectomy in 2014 with exceptionally good results. That ear hearing stayed excellent as my right ear continued to decline. After watching my mother and sister cope with hearing loss and our family dealing with that I wanted to do everything possible avoid the same hearing decline. Just completed the right ear stapedectomy and look forward to similar results as my left ear.
