Dr. Kress made a huge impression on our family. She was able to immediately diagnose our daughter’s serious ear condition, thoroughly accommodated us during my husband’s impending deployment, treated our 7 year-old with utmost care and concern, answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly, and showed highly impressive professionalism and bedside manner during all of our office visits and during our daughter’s ear surgery. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Kress, Dr. McCormick, and the team at Mclane Children’s For taking such excellent care of our daughter, working together to find the best solution, and setting her on the path to recovery.

She is amazing!!!! Not only does she listen to my fears and worries, but she answers all questions I have. She never talks to me in dr lingo but rather layman's terms and never acts like I should know something. She listens to my child, helps her get through a fear, explains procedures in detail. Explains outcomes, the good the bad and the ugly. She spends time with you and makes sure that you understand what is going on that you understand anything at all about the situation and that you are on board with all being done. She is amazing!
