Very caring attitude. Took extra time to explain the treatment options to me & my wife. Highly recommend.

Dr Tuggle went out if his way to stay late the night before a holiday weekend to squeeze me into his schedule. Even though he stayed late, I never felt like he was trying to rush me out of the office. He took his time to explain everything clearly and even took time to give my wife a quick class on the ears anatomy. His staff was extremely friendly and patient as well! Great team!!

Dr. Tuggle was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was friendly, and I felt that he listened to what I said. The surgery he performed was very successful.

Rude, demeaning, unhelpful. Repeated "What do you want" but was not interested in listening or problem solving. Hardly did an exam--I felt dismissed. Certainly would never go back.
