I have been a patient of his for over 20 years - not even sure how long anymore. He has been compassionate, helpful, informative and has been with me through various stages of migraine disease - episodic to chronic as well as difficult to treat and post concussion syndrome. He has worked with me- given excellent recommendations from lifestyle, medication and treatment options. Over the years I have gained respect for him and enjoy being spoken to like a real person. His office staff have been exceptional to work with and are also very helpful and responsive. He and his staff also work with insurance companies for approvals and forms are filled out correctly. He also incorporates others into your treatment plan to address concerns as they come up and while he focuses on neurology he also sends out for appropriate follow ups etc.

This was my second appt with Dr. Stewart, in person, for my first Botox injections. He is very informative and keeps up to date on my file. I find him easy to talk to and am looking forward to the treatments and less pain from my chronic daily migraines.

"if that were true then you'd be dead" - Dr. Brad Stewart
three weeks later
" Well, I didnt expect to find much of anything, BUT I DID!"
" I was trying to find a corrilation between what you were telling me and what the tests said"
this is all I have to say here guys, WE as humans. Only get a short time here. there are many ways o fall ill and many forms of illness that are yet to be fully described by science.
The original conversation that I had with this man was not really all that pleasant. lol. and he said the same. No shame at all, but I KNOW what is wrong with me. lol. now, do I think hes a bad dr because he didnt know? that he didnt believe me at first? or that I had to argue my case? NO, NOT AT ALL. The reason That I believe this man is a GOOD dr. is because once provoked to question his own knowledge, he was challenged and not intimidated by the possibility of being wrong. I have left reviews for other Drs at the same hospital.... as well as for the royal alex hospital itself. NONE OF THEM WERE AT ALL NICE considering what I was subject to and the LIES that I had to witness from the faces of both the dr and the hospital. there will be no good reviews about the Royal alex nor Dr Jonathan white. ( typhoid Jonny as I call him)
BUT THIS MAN? absolutely 100% LET HIS EGO GO AND DECIDED TO LOOK AT WHAT I HAD SAID WITH AN INQUISITIVE MIND. AND THAT FRIENDS. is what MAKES the difference between a GOOD dr and a Fu23king m0ron. Period.
I TRUST NO MAN. But this guy, hes on my list of quite possibly HIGHLY trustworthy. For a guy trained in the confines of a box.

In his office with uncontrollable shaking and jerking in my leg. Completely disregarded serious concerns including choking, difficulty swallowing, hiccups so bad I vomit, inability to sleep, changes to my bowel and bladder, worsening weakness, numbness etc. Told me to go see a rheumatologist. Cannot imagine discussing symptoms above including fecal incontinence, inability to urinate, my left hand flying into the air at random, tremors, jerking, non-stop vibrations in my left foot etc with a rheumatologist. My last rheumatologist said I needed to see a neurologist. This neurologist was unhelpful, dismissive and gave me a sarcastic parting comment. I never got a chance to talk to him about my AISH application that needed his input or injury claim from my car accident (changes to taste and smell started, inability to control movement in my right arm, delayed movement in my feet causing me to fall). He could not even help with a sleep aide. 3 years bedridden with with worsening symptom. My doctor just retired and I cannot get another referral to another neurologist.

I have experienced both Face to Face treatment and phone with Dr Stewart. In a system where I was originally disregarded and fell through the cracks, Dr. Stewart took the time to ensure I understood what was happening and to make sure I felt heard and cared for. His referral to a colleagues for additional treatments proved to be as awesome of an experience. His staff is always so friendly and Kind. Thank you so much for caring!

Dr Stewart and his staff are all amazing. I can’t say enough good things. He is a caring doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and their conditions and takes the time to explain and outline treatment options.

Very fortunate to have been referred to this neurologist.

Exceptional, professional and compassionate. Straight shooter - doesn’t give non-answers. Has been caring for me for 13 years and I drive 5+ hours to see him and I would drive further if I had to. Can’t say enough good things.
