I would have to say that he is the best e.n.t that I have had.

Dr rub is very intelligent and really knows his field, he can be a little awkward but he does care about his pt's, his staff is awesome, the MA's really are caring, front desk lady is kinda mean

He was extremely rough and didn't explain anything he did. I was in pain with every procedure. When asked if my issue was cancerous, he said, "I don't know-maybe, maybe not-but did not even take a biopsy. Even his staff aplogized for his cruel manners. I will never go back to him again. I went there for help and was treated harshly and unprofessionally.

Dr. Rubinstein helped me out immensely by taking out my tonsils (something no other doctor has wanted to do). I heard there is a ton of pain associated with a tonsillectomy but today is day 7 and I feel awesome, just some minor pain. He did a fantastic job and every appointment he takes his time, listens to what I have to say, and is extremely sweet/comforting. I really like him. I would highly recommend him! Sometimes you have to wait a while for your appointment, but he's only one man. He takes his time and is very thorough!
