Dr. Benecke did not take any time listening to my history. He acted as if he was too busy to listen to me. I would recommend going to someone who does not act too good for his patients.

Dr. Benecke's staff and himself appear to be helpful but if you have a complicated case I would make sure Dr. Benecke wants to deal with it. He has his favorites and if you are not one of them then your care is poor and neglected.

Dr. Benecke and staff are the kindest, most knowledgeable, and patient you will ever find. I have had severe vertigo for several years, but Dr. Benecke's vast knowledge found the problem and keeps it under control. I am in the process of moving, and the Drs. I have interviewed are rude, rough, and do not want any elderly woman on medicare. Dr. Benecke is the best. Little did I know just how good, until I am faced with leaving him and his staff. Be glad you can go to him.

Dr Benecke has always been very good with our daughter, she has had alot of unexspected ear issues and he always makes time to see her. The office staff as well as the Dr are very knowledgeable and helpfull. We have been using his services for 8 years now and have nothing but Great things to say...

Dr. Benecke did not fix my problem he just kept patching it. I had lost a lot of hearing and was worried about this because of my young age. I found a new doctor and almost all of my hearing was restored.

I was in an auto accident and experince vertigo. Dr Benecke was very helpful in diganosing the problem and was able to treat it without surgery. He was also helpful in dealing with the insurance company for settlement.
