Dr Smith was my third ENT doctor and did the vivear procedure on my nose eliminating the need for septoplasty surgery. I was so happy to find him---great bedside manner as well.

I was recommended to Dr. Smith to help with a sinus problem that required surgery. He was a kind, empathetic individual who took time to answer my questions and guide me through the process. His supporting office staff were fabulous, too! They have been very supportive throughout the process from care to scheduling to helping me deal with the insurance. I am a lifelong sufferer of Meniere's disease w/other auditory complications. I recently moved into the area from the Triangle where all my doctors are. A few days ago I suffered a severe and sudden loss of total hearing. Dr. Smith agreed to see me on an emergency basis. From reception to audiology, nursing to Dr. Smith himself, the is a wonderful practice of caring and feeling people! I have since had all my records transferred to Dr. Smith. Needless to say, my highest recommendation to him and his staff!

I went to Dr. Smith for a second opinion and very glad that I did. I learned more from my first visit with Dr. Smith than I had in 3 years with the other ENT dr. I had been using. The staff is very nice and helpful. The surgery center is also excellent.

Dr. Smith has seen me for several different. Sinus issues. I went from having 10 sinus infections a year to maybe 1 a year since he preformed his surgery. He’s very knowledgeable and has a great staff.
