Stay away from this guy. He should have his license yanked. Deceptive. Incompetent. Horrible experience. He is just onto his next victim.

Injured a family member with Dr William Gross’s surgery. Did a big sales pitch, even brought in another patient to help him sell. The family member has suffered significantly and almost died a few times. Dr Gross knocked a hole through her septum. Dr. William Gross should have been prevented from practicing medicine. He nearly killed the person and his botched surgery causes other serious health issues.

I have been to multiple ENTs with no change to my aliment. Dr. Gross was the first ENT to correctly and quickly diagnosis my aliment. My nasal aliments have now been corrected and it has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life.

Our son had a rare tumor in his sinuses. Saw 2 other Dr's that told us he just had seasonal allergies. Dr Gross did surgery and removed the tumor. Excellent bed side manner.

5 trips, no information was given, lot of procedures that cost a lot of money only to be told we don't know why you have hearing loss, late every time, and I just didn't like the guy because he always seemed like he had better things to do then sit and talk with the patient (Me/You). Very disappointing. :'( Will be seeing another doctor.
