Do not recommend. I have seen Dr. Bryan 2-3 times with my two boys. First of all, let me tell you that you will wait at least an hour each time you go, which is ridiculous. It shows a lack of respect for the patient's time. But what made me decide to leave was my most recent experience in March 2022. He said my son needed an image scan on his nose and that he would put in an order. We scheduled a follow-up to review the scan for three weeks later to allow plenty of time for it to clear insurance and the scan to take place. Several days later, the imaging center was ready to schedule the scan, and we did. But the day before, they called, needing to reschedule as they had not received the instructional (clinical) notes from Dr. Bryan. They had called but not received word back. So we rescheduled for a few days beyond that. Still, the day before that date, the imaging center called again, saying they still had not received the clinical notes from Dr. Bryan and had left several unreturned messages. At this point, the imaging center had not even run the order through my insurance to see if it was approved since they hadn't gotten the detailed instructions from Dr. Bryan himself! At that point, I called Dr. Bryan to find out what was going on. It was right after lunch on a Wednesday, but still, I got the office's voice mail. I left a message, indicating that I needed an answer and expected a call back. To this day, no one has ever returned that message. When the imaging center called me a few days after that, wanting to know if I wanted to just pay out of pocket in full for the scan since we were making no progress with Dr. Bryan, I said no--that I'd wait a few days more. They indicated they'd call again. But when those days passed and neither the imaging center nor myself had still not heard anything from Dr. Bryan as to where his clinical notes were for the imaging center to proceed, I decided it was time to leave. We cancelled our follow-up appointment (that was now literally two days away from the original appointment three weeks prior), and left the practice. We found a new ENT altogether.
We will not return to Dr. Bryan and I do not recommend him to others.
OVERALL REASONS: lengthy wait times, failure to follow-up on test orders he submits, failure to return calls from both patients and third party centers after multiple attempts, poor overall customer service, lack of overall patient care.
