Do not recommend. I have seen Dr. Bryan 2-3 times with my two boys. First of all, let me tell you that you will wait at least an hour each time you go, which is ridiculous. It shows a lack of respect for the patient's time. But what made me decide to leave was my most recent experience in March 2022. He said my son needed an image scan on his nose and that he would put in an order. We scheduled a follow-up to review the scan for three weeks later to allow plenty of time for it to clear insurance and the scan to take place. Several days later, the imaging center was ready to schedule the scan, and we did. But the day before, they called, needing to reschedule as they had not received the instructional (clinical) notes from Dr. Bryan. They had called but not received word back. So we rescheduled for a few days beyond that. Still, the day before that date, the imaging center called again, saying they still had not received the clinical notes from Dr. Bryan and had left several unreturned messages. At this point, the imaging center had not even run the order through my insurance to see if it was approved since they hadn't gotten the detailed instructions from Dr. Bryan himself! At that point, I called Dr. Bryan to find out what was going on. It was right after lunch on a Wednesday, but still, I got the office's voice mail. I left a message, indicating that I needed an answer and expected a call back. To this day, no one has ever returned that message. When the imaging center called me a few days after that, wanting to know if I wanted to just pay out of pocket in full for the scan since we were making no progress with Dr. Bryan, I said no--that I'd wait a few days more. They indicated they'd call again. But when those days passed and neither the imaging center nor myself had still not heard anything from Dr. Bryan as to where his clinical notes were for the imaging center to proceed, I decided it was time to leave. We cancelled our follow-up appointment (that was now literally two days away from the original appointment three weeks prior), and left the practice. We found a new ENT altogether.

We will not return to Dr. Bryan and I do not recommend him to others.

OVERALL REASONS: lengthy wait times, failure to follow-up on test orders he submits, failure to return calls from both patients and third party centers after multiple attempts, poor overall customer service, lack of overall patient care.

Two other ENTs saw me for ear pain but did not find the problem. Dr Bryan discovered a tumor growing into the bottom of my ear canal that was hidden under ear wax that the other ENTs did not remove enough to see. Surgery to remove it was successful and now I don't have any pain and my hearing back to normal. Very happy with the care I received

The doctor and staff at Southlake ENT are incredible. May daughter has been to Dr. Bryan for ear tubes, adenoid removal, and tonsillectomy. He is very patient, explains everything and what to expect. His staff goes above an beyond to make you feel comfortable from the first consultation to following up with the patient’s progress after surgery.

Absolutely love Dr. Bryan. He is very thorough, caring, knowledgeable and kind. I saw dr Bryan with a mass below my ear that over a year other physicians said was nothing, don't worry about it. First visit he spent about 2 hours, when I left his office I went to get CT. His office called me the next day to schedule biopsy, they called me when biopsy results came in and scheduled appointment to see Dr Bryan to go over surgery I needed. Again he spent about 2.5 hours, answering every question we had and explain how surgery would be performed. Met us in his office on a Sunday to remove drain that was placed during surgery. I have worked in the medical field for a very long time and I have never seen a better physician. Judy,Sidney, Bryn and his other staff are just as good. I would not even consider seeing another physician for ENT/head and neck surgery. Dr. Michael D. Bryan is the best!!!!!

Dr. Michael D. Bryan's Bedside manners were awful at least he was with us. He was rude and even though he didn't flat out say it he didn't believe my husband and I when we told him we have never been referred to an ENT before through our prime care Doctor, he was shaking his head in disbelief. Then when he was examining my daughter I asked him a question which he just flat out ignored!! When we left the room to leave he sat in the chair with an attitude and didn't even say good bye. I felt like I was being prosecuted for not bringing my daughter in sooner, I guess I'm just a crappy parent for not having all the answers! I wish I had an excellent experience like some others , but that was just not the case. My seventeen year old was pretty insulted and upset by the way he was treating us as we'll so I know it's not just me!

Dr. Bryan is excellent. I had to mark a medium rating on "punctuality" but I must qualify that the reason for this is because he definitely takes the time necessary with each of his patients. He truly seems to care about everyone. I am amazed at his knowledge and ability to explain things. This is who I highly recommend if you want to see someone who really has a lot of experience and takes the time to provide quality care. My whole family has benefited from his medical attention.
