I called his office to schedule an appointment due to possible sinus infection. Was told he had nothing available immediately but could be seen few weeks out. What good is it to have a Dr who can't see you when you are sick. He is a great Dr but come on!! I need to be seen when sick not weeks later after damage done to ears.

I called the office on Friday to see if I could be seen. This was the 2nd time that I woke up with swollen lips. I have been going next door to get my shots for a few years now. So I called to see if I could see the dr. I was given an appointment go Tuesday. I said Tuesday my lips are swollen and I don't know why. I asked what am I supposed to do in the mean while. Is there anything I can do? Sarcastically she says I don't know go to the ER. This staff has not been friendly. By the way I won't be seein Dr. Lano I will be seeing the nurse practitioner. I should have realized there was a big problem with them when they sent my lab work to a place where I was not in network with. So I was never told they did this until about a few months later. Because I was stuck with a big bill. I was told by them that they didn't know it was out of network . Yet still today the won't take the responcebilty for their error. Now I a still fighting this bill.

Had to wait a week to get in even with having had a reoccurring condition for a month or more. My general impression is that he is more interested in surgery than seeing and treating PATIENTS. He ran a lab test and the nurse assured me he would call with the results. After waiting an additional day past when the results were due, I called to find the nurse was not working that day, the doctor was in surgery and there was no one qualified in the office to read the results to me. Really? I will NOT be going back. And one additional bit - had to wait almost an hour to see him as he was in surgery when I arrived and not in the ER. It was a scheduled surgery. See a pattern?

Went to my GP and then to another ENT just recently to get long-term throat and ear pain analyzed with no results. Dr. Lano eliminated potential areas of concern with scoping but sides of my nostrils. He then ordered an antibiotic in case there was infection in a bad wisdom tooth causing the problem. He didn't stop there but ordered a CT scan of my neck due to complications of an old three-level cervical fusion in 1989 that has resulted in osteophytes (spurs). I am confident this doctor will find the problem, unlike the other two who sent me on my way with no answers or medication.

Office staff is so rude. The woman at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. We had to wait over an hour. They messed up on our appointment time and nurses were in a meeting. Very unorganized office. Dr. Lano was great but his staff needs to go!!

Waited for 1.5 hours. Did not ever see the doctor. Office staff was not rude but were not concerned anybody was leaving or complaining. Not Helpful. Sat and watched 3 appointments walk out the door untreated. One guy had been setting there for 2.5 hours. Holy Cow.

Great doctor! Fixed my deviated septum and removed a bone spur, both of which had been affecting my breathing and sleep. I had no complications after surgery, and even have less allergies now. Before and after, he was very helpful, and did not push the surgery. Also knew exactly what he was talking about.

Didn't check me for what I went in for. Immediately ordered a cat scan and said I needed a septoplasty. I did the procedure and have had zero benefit.

Dr.Lano is awesome. He was excellent with my daughter who is 14 months. My pediatrician sent me for his opinion for possible "tubes" surgery. He took his time to explain the procedure, and showed me with a model he had in the room. Instead of pushing for the surgery, he asked we keep an eye on it and count the times the ear infections reoccured. I hope she does not have to have surgery, but if she does, I will definitely entrust my daughter to Dr.Lano.
