I was a fill in patient. Meaning he squeezed me in on his tight schedule. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. I was very happy knowing that he cared enough to even get X-rays to make sure my ear wasn't completely damaged. Staff was wonderful. They watched my son during the X-ray, and my son excitedly talked their ears off. I would most defiantly go back to him with out a doubt. I recommend him highly to those who suffer any ear issues.

No value for patients' time. I was told my attitude was not welcome in his office. My attitude? I expect to be seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time or to be advised when I will be seen and given the option to reschedule or stay. He may or may not be a very knowledgeable doctor - I wouldn't know since we did not spend enough time together for me to form an opinion on the matter. My recommendation - Cleveland Clinic (866.320.4573) offers same and/or next day appointments in their ENT clinic and they are in network for CIGNA patients. They also keep their scheduled appointments. Their reputation speaks for itself.

He may not have a great bedside manner but the man knows exactly what he is doing by far he is the best ENT in the area!!!!!and if u just do what he tells u to do then u will be fine however if u don't adhere to his words then don't bother going back because he is very up front!

Dr.Azar needs to retire. He has no bed side manner and answers your question quickly and as short as possible. If he doesn't retire he needs to fire his whole office staff. They are the RUDEST bunch of people I have ever incountered. They do not care about you at all. They do not deserve the money they earn.

Removed my tonsils a couple years ago and going back for further work in a week. Was very professional and made sure I was comfortable during exam(numbed my throat so I wouldn't gag).
