Dr. Krause was awesome with my daughter, at age 4 she had tubes in. And now at age 12 had her ear drum reconstructed. She respects and appreciative for Dr. Krause.

Dr Krause removed my mastoid and rebuilt my ear drumit failed had to redo the surgery again sent me home same day ended up with a huge infection 4 weeks in hospital he came to hospital **** which was verified thru hospital staff screaming cause I had to have surgery redone..now same problem again..sober up doc stop bringing your problems to work I could care less if your ex wife hates you..

I have seen Dr. Krause several times in the past for ear tubes. I work out of town and was home 10 days and tried to get in due to fluid on my ear with severe ringing and pressure on the drum. Dr. Krause told me last visit that he would put in a permanant tube the last visit but still the staff wanted to schedule multiple visits just to get the tube put in and since I fly for a living it needed to be done quickly to avoid rupture of the ear drum. The procedure took two minutes of the Doctors time and was done right in the office. They have patients that can't get in to see him and yet they have no plan for emergency cases and seem to only interested in having mulitple office visits to collect more money from the Insurance Companies without considering the patients needs. I have to fly to Europe tomorrow with a plugged ear, hope my ear drum doesn't rupture. By the way, there are only two ENT's in the area so people here don't have many options.

This gentleman was and to this day is wonderful when working with my child. He has never given her any reason to fear and explains if she has any questions. He is a wonderful doctor.
