Dr. Sears sent me an email and told me to find another doctor and not to accompany my husband to his annual check up. Is that even legal since I am in charge of his medication? The reason for this curt dismissal was I compared Dr.Sear’s nurse unfavorably to the help I received from St. V’s tele-nurse who investigated why I hadn’t received the results from my Covid test. She found out the test had been lost. She was helpful and sympathetic unlike Dr. Sear’s nurse who kept telling me day after day to just call back. When I asked if the test might have been lost, she completely dismissed that possibility. I finally gave up and called the hospital directly and spoke to a nurse ( I wish I knew her name) who said she would find out what was going on. She called me back that same day to say the test had been lost. Dr. Sear’s nurse was happy to just let me wait. I did have Covid and was very sick for 16 days. On top of all that Dr. Sears told me I should find a different doctor. How nice.

I am very ill a lot of the time with dizziness, headache, swollen tongue, tiredness/sleepy. Lab tests show kidney problems, but no solid diagnosis.
