Dr. Fulgham did not appreciate the severity of my concerns and he dismissed my complaints as “overreacting,” which he decided to include in his clinic note. I am a 23 year old female who has had to quit her job due to syncopal episodes - his advice was to drink more fluids (despite the countless times I tried to explain that I already drink 3+ liters a day). When I asked to see a specialist for the diagnosis I have, he said they couldn’t schedule it that day and ultimately the next appointment was scheduled almost 4 months after that visit. Dr. Fulgham was not interested in listening to his patients and problem solving whatsoever.
