The staff in the office was very friendly and punctual. Dr. Katai was so kind, patient and provided ample resources for my visit with my 3m baby- he did not try to rush us out or make me feel like we were just a billing code. he was very playful and warm to her. So glad to have gotten a referral to him!

My family doctor referred my newborn to Dr. Kitai and while it did take quite some time to get an appointment, I was blown away by the level of kindness, compassion, patience and knowledge of this doctor. He took the time to listen to all of our concerns and provide a thorough examination and explanation of what was going on with our child. Doctors with this level of expertise are hard to come by these days and I left feeling lucky that our son was able to be checked out by Dr. Kitai. I just wish he took patients for routine check ups but can understand why he doesn't. Thank-you so much Dr. Kitai!

This was my first visit with Dr Kitai for my 2 year old son. My son started crying the second we walked in the building because he was scared, but Dr Kitai has such a way with children that within the first few minutes he had him high-fiving him, showing him things around the room, and talking to him, all while getting his assessment done. I felt like he listened to me as a parent, and even when he couldn't see what I had seen right away, he didn't dismiss me and kept letting me try to show him until he saw it. He took time explaining to us in detail what was going on, but in terms we could understand, and explained the next steps to us very clearly. He was so kind, and patient and just a lovely doctor who was great with my son. His staff were responsive, friendly and very helpful as well. They were right on time for our appointment too. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kitai was awesome with my son. He came down to my infant son's level to gain his trust in order to examine him
Dr. Kitai also took my concerns very seriously and did not simply brush me off. He always took his time to answer questions and address every issue or concern.
Keep doing the awesome job you're doing.

Dr Kitai has been my son's pediatrician since he was born premature (33 weeks) 5 years ago. He diagnosed RSV (a serious respiratory infection) when I brought my son to him with nagging cough at 4 months old- and he immediately sent us to the hospital where my son was admitted for 7 days. During that stressful time he called to check on with us at the hospital. I was very grateful for that. He is patient with every call, visit and inquiry. He is a great doctor and understands the stress and concern of parenting.

Dr. Kitai is extremely caring and has such a calming and professional bed side manner. He always takes time to talk to us parents about any concerns we have and he never rushes us out of the office. his office staff is also extremely professional and polite, and acomodates my son whenever he is in need.

Based on previous reviews, and the fact that he is associated with Sick Kids Hospital, We decided to use Dr Kitai. Tanya the staff on duty was extremely professional, I had an emergency prior to my schedule appointment and they facilitated me. I was 2 minutes late while heading to the appointment and driving, I was unable to dial. Tanya called to confirm. There was no wait time. Doc was very helpful, patient and kind. Highly recommended. ( My baby is a 26 weeker, spent 90 days in NICU and Sick Kids.

Dr kitai is a phenomenal physician!! He he is kind patient brilliant and truly listens to his patients and their parents . He has been looking after my children for the past 11 years and we are so blessed to have him . Whenever my special needs daughter is admitted to Sick Kids hospital he takes time out of his extremely busy schedule to check in on her . He is very thorough , taking the time to explain everything to us and ensure that we are comfortable with his treatment plan. A Truly gifted paediatrician!!

Dr KITAI is an incredibly knowledgeable doctor with an caring and attentive bedside manner. He takes the time to hear out your concerns about your child. He never rushes you and will even take the time to call home and see how his patients are doing! I feel so incredibly blessed to have him as our sons Peadiatrician. A good doctor is very hard to find!
I also wanted to add that his staff, in particular Tanya is amazing and caring too!! Our family absolutely loves the staff and dr KITAI
