I suffer from life threatening health problems and Dr. Rechner has saved my life more times than I can count. She is dedicated, compassionate, knowledgable and forthright. She knows all the best specialists and has managed to get me to see some of them the same day when it has been urgent. She has visited me in the hospital and called me at home to check on me. She has a no-nonsense attitude; that's why I'm alive to write this comment. She is the greatest doctor ever!

Always late, doesn't remember half of what was discussed in visit, too busy entering information on computer and not listening. For the past couple of years seems preoccupied and not with it.

Dr Shelley Rechner has been my family doctor for 14 years and she is also my mothers, my daughters, my sons, and my sisters family doctor. She is extremely efficient, always in the office, able to help with any problem and able to get referrals QUICKLY- which as someone who has very little time and seems to be sick a lot, I find fantastic. She gives my mother excellent attention and thoroughly checks out any differences in my mothers health as she has been quite ill in her old age. She helped me through my pregnancy with my daughter and answered any questions I had and my son thinks she is a "very nice lady". I have always found her personable and she has an excellent memory when it comes to past visits. At first I thought she was a bit stern and brisk but after 14 years of seeing her she has been a great help and VERY knowledgeable, I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and have already.

She is the best. If she can't diagnoss your problem she will recommend a specialist. She has found other problems that my last DR. never saw. Thanks to her I will probably live longer

Dr. Rechner is a decent practitioner with adults. She absolutely SUCKS with children!! On more than one occassion, when one of my children began crying during an examination - she asked me to calm him down and left the room. THEN, when my son did not calm down, she asked me to take him out of the office!! She has never made any attempt to have a rapport with my kids at all and she has always seemed annoyed if they talk or move. I've changed doctors.

everytime I have had to meet with Dr. Rechner it has been upsetting. She always makes me feel like I have wasted her time. I find her rude and trully believe that she does not listen to her patients and I find her quick to judge or dismiss your comments.

I have had Dr Rechner for the past 27 years. She is pleasant to deal with and helpful. She doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. She is knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions. On one issue she felt that a condition that is bothering me, shouldn't be of worry at my age. It does worry me though, and after asking she referred me to a specialist, which was nice.

I am grateful to Dr. Rechner for her help with several serious (and some annoying) health problems. Her matter-of-fact and pleasant delivery of options makes me feel safe and well cared for. I was given referrals promptly and prescriptions on the spot. Her staff have called me back to see how I was doing after my office visit. Thanks!

Dr. Rechner was my family doctor when she was in practice in Ingersoll. She was truly amazing then, was always very helpful and caring.
