She is the best doctor, kind, caring, and thorough! I’ve had Mary for years now, and not once have I ever seen anything below standard. She is genuinely one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever seen and she continues to give quality care every time I come in for my appointments! Very surprised by some of these reviews if I’m being honest. In 22 years of having her as my doctor I have never seen her treat anyone with disrespect including her staff and patients. She has such a big heart and I’m very grateful that she is my family doctor!

I’ve been going here for years she’s amazing very compassionate & receptionist responds, pretty quickly and books you in when you need . Never have to wait too long for appointment and she really hears you out. No complaints.

She needs to fire the receptionist ASAP. I told the receptionist what I wanted to see the doctor for (after repeating myself multiple times) and when I got there for the appointment the reason-for-visit was totally wrong. And this has happened more than once.

I love Dr.Syty, She always takes the time to truly listen to what I have to say. This is the main reason most of her appointments run late, because she cares about her patients. Josie the receptionist is horrible. She is rude, cuts you off when speaking and almost always tries to do everything she can for you not to book an appointment,

I am appalled at the way this doctor speaks to her staff especially the nurse. She is newer to the office and always is very helpful and pleasant and last week when I was in, I overheard Mary loudly berating her in front of patients and the secretaries. It’s appalling and very uncomfortable to watch.

Mary needs to be reported for the way she belittles staff and is negligent. It’s the doctors responsibility to ensure that referrals are done and prescriptions are filled and have you ever witnessed how messy and unorganized she is. It’s never the doctors fault ever. I also worry about her because she seems to not remember conversations in previous appointments about plans to take care of a chronic health issue I have been dealing with which is very suspicious.

I am absolutely ashamed with what I witnessed last week and am transferring to a new practice. My daughter is an nurse and if I ever knew her employer to speak to her like this, I would make sure she bee-lined it outta there! I’m going back to her ex. Dr. Golda because even though he doesn’t give me the warm and fuzzies, I never had to worry about him following up on things we discussed at my appointments. Avoid Mary at all costs. She needs to retire immediately and seems to have lost her sense of compassion for her patients and most importantly her staff.

The new reception is horrid and very loud. I know everything going on in that office just by having to wait the usual 2-3 hours to get in and finally be seen by Mary. And Mary, don’t belittle staff that actually seem to want to help the patients. That was disgusting what I witnessed last week and it’s been reported. I miss Catherine the new girl at the front us loud and obnoxious and very unprofessional. When she is booking appointments or speaking to patients, she advises them why they are running late and will say “dr Syty has an appointment with her specialist today so I have to move you.” Very unprofessional. Just say the schedule changed and I unfortunately need to move you. I don’t need to know the appointments my doctor is going to and why she needs to re-schedule to. The less patients know probably the better, a word of advice.

My mother was in the hospital and doctor Golda did not return calls. She knows my mother is very ill and she says she will call but does not now she is not referring us to specialists that are waiting for a referral. Worst disorganized and uncaring doctor.

Absolutely disgusted with the service of this office, had to wait an hour and half after my appointment time outside in 35 degree heat. All I was told was they were running a little bit behind. Unfortunately this is always how this office runs and it seems to be getting worse. I have been a patient for over 20 years and am completely fed up with the service received. Will be finding a new family doctor that cares about peoples time

Nobody Answer the phone at this office there’s a new girl working there that’s disgusting towards patients and intentionally causing health and life problems for patients, Voicemail always full and they refuse to simply email a document or respond to legal requests at this point I’m contacting the college of physicians obtaining, people shouldn’t have to contact there lawyers to get a simple response from there doctors it’s a disgrace the staff has done this and destroyed the reputation of such a fantastic doctor. I wonder if who’s liable for the health problems that have been blatantly ignored for over 6 months.

Dr. Syty-Golda is very nice and shows great empathy towards her patients and provides them with all the resources needed to aid their health issues. Unfortunately, she never follows up regarding seeing specialists or for simple follow-up appointments. Getting a hold of her at her office is near impossible and her mailbox is always full. In times when I need to see her for time sensitive issues she never has any appointments available. It's very frustrating and as a patient I find it very unprofessional.
