Horrible doctor. Does not know a thing and does not care. Stay away!

The man saved my life; he is the best in his field and gets to the heart of the matter, what is wrong with his patient. I have been cancer free for seven year thanks to Sach. We are lucky to have this kind of talent in our community. I know when I go to his office I will have to wait to see the best and I schedule accordingly. If you find yourself needing surgery you will be amazed and how little you have to wait, I was in within two week of my diagnoses.

WARNING!!!!!! I went to this doctor for 10 years. I was scheduled to have surgery to remove a large Kidney stone. During the operation thru my back, he cut both my lungs and returned me to post op recovery. The nurses in recovery noticed I was having troubles breathing as both my lungs had collapsed. I was told later if they had not noticed because I was on my stomach I would have died. I spent 11 days in ICU on a ventilator breathing for me. He dropped me as a patient the day after surgery and would not see me in Oshawa general Hospital during my stay. I found out shortly after this is a normal thing for him to screw up then drop the patient!!! if you want to live Have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS QUACK! PLUS, he is a very rude person and treats you like garbage.

Terrable Urologist He knew I had prostate cancer and did nothing about it kept saying the symptoms I was feeling was the result of getting old I had my prostate removed by another urologist who informed me on my first visit I had prostate cancer and sent me for a biopsy that confirmed his diagnosis

Horrible bed side manner. My Father had emergency surgery at LHO as he could not pass urine and was bleeding. Sachdeva was on call. I waited outside the OR for update on my Dad. It was midnight on a Saturday. Nobody but me I’m waiting room. Sachdeva can out. Told me surgery done and tumour removed. I was clearly shaken by the whole ordeal and I asked when we would know if it was cancer. He stood in front of me and yelled, I told you it’s a tumour that means it’s cancer! I almost collapsed. One of the most horrific moments of my life. I feel my Dad would still be here today if another Dr had of been on call.

Although my experience with Dr. Sachdeva was fantastic, I can understand why there is some negativity in these reviews. It is my belief that many people do not understand his professionalism. When he is at work, he is at work - and he does a fine job. It is likely that many of his patients have had abnormally long wait times as I did as well. But I am grateful I waited and got to see him. He took his time with me and provided great care, and I suspect he does this with all his patients (hence the long wait times).

You must do *exactly* what he says when it comes to your recovery. It may be uncomfortable, it may be unpleasant and he may be blunt... but it really is for the best.

NIGHTMARE.....From him down to his staff. Do not need to hear what A HORRIBLE person he is from Debbie while waiting for an appointment. Poor Care.........lost a loves one. I would not refer to a DOG.

I am a nurse who has happened to take care of his patients and deal with him personally. I cannot stress enough......DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGEON!!! I know of several people that he has screwed up on so horribly that they have lost their lives as a direct result of his poor skills and lack of care. He is old and not skilled, made too many mistakes and has the worst bedside manner I have seen in a long time. This man should be in jail and not practicing medicine. If you value your life go to someone else.
