Finally Dr. Churcher has found staff that help keep her on time, and running smoothly. In the past I have waited over 2 hours for an appointment even after calling to see if she was running on time. No more....what a pleasure!! Dr. Churcher still is straightforward and doesn't have the best bedside manner, however a marked change can be seen in the past year. She actually spends a bit of time talking and laughing!!! I appreciate her hard work, and willingness to open hours up to help those that can't make it during regular work hours. However if you are looking for a Dr. that is going to give you sympathy she is the wrong one. Sometimes it can be embarrassing to cry in her office and feel that she doesn't understand at all.

i havent been to see this doctor in a few years due to she didnt want me as a patient because i didnt go in for a check every few months. i thought of this as being money hungry. there was never any staff at the front to greet patients and check them in which i foudn very inconvenient and wastes time for everyone.

My family have been going to see Dr.Churcher ever since she opened her practice in Coventry Hills, i have always found her to be knowledgeable. She is always updating her skills and consequently is away from her office at times. The only problem I have is I wish she would find a locum to cover for her when she needs to go for Conferences etc. I have always recommended her to my friends.

This the WORST doctor I've ever had! I'm glad I have found another doctor who listens to what I say and take the time to do the proper job. I had to wait over 45-60 minutes when I see her. She doesn't seem very sympathetic.

I have been a patient for 3 years before I moved in 2003. I had no choice because of shortage of doctors in the area. I see things have not changed at all. She was always late. Knowing that I called her reception to see if they ran on time that day. I lived only 5 minutes away. Receptionist told me to come on down on time. I waited for 1.5 hrs just to get a prescription for the ongoing problem. I noted to her politely that I also had a job and it was costing me money to sit in her waiting room. She was very rude and told me to go elsewhere if I am not happy about it. She also was unhappy about Canadian Healthcare system. Something about small per patient bill out. I think doctors double book for that reason. Needless to say I never went there again. Her knowledge of medicine may be good but her personality is not compatible with being a medical doctor or working with the public.

I have had it with this poor excuse for a Doctor. Margaret Churcher is greedy, uncaring and very self centered. She can't keep front office staff longer than a couple of months or so. Now has a receptionest that I am sure has had a chemical Labotomy. I have waited for hours, been wrongly diagnosed and prescribed medication that badly interacts with other medication she has given me. I have had it with this witch doctor and have gone too a new Doctor who said " you are not the first casualty of Margaret Churcher that i have seen and I am sure not the last. Churcher should have her license to practice revoked and the Colleg should investigate her before she has anmother malpractice charge against her. Matrgaret Churcher gives medicine a bad name. Nuff Said, I am sure all that read this will get the point.

I quit seeing this doctor several years ago after I went to see her for my physical. I had waited for a long time, I didn't know how long, I had no watch and there was none in the waiting room. When she came in to see me I asked her what time it was and was stunned -- it was 2 and 1/2 hours later! I quickly threw off my gown and started to dress as I was late to pick up my 3 year old from preschool. She actually said it wouldn't take long (for a phyical!) and asked me to wait.

I have been a patient of Dr.Churchers for ten years and have gone through several health concers that are considered severe enough. I have also have had two children while in her care. I have been very satisfied with the personal care; however, my concern is the somewhat lack of real care and the waiting times are horrible. The doctor has kept me waiting for as long as an hour and half past my scheduled time and I had to leave to pick up my child from school. I was a little annoyed by this and expressed it in a calm way. At the next appointment, my annoyance of being kept late was diagnosed as part of my health concern. I was actually upset to wait two times in a row for over an hour! I almost always wait to get in. My little one had developed a persistent cough and I brought her in atleast five times and she was prescribed an inhaler. Then she quickly developed a severe strep throat infection. NO MORE NOSE INHALERS!! I am now completely moving physician!!

I have been going Dr. Churcher for years. She has been more then helpful and has also solved my problems. I have never found her not to care about me or not to listen to what is going on with me. I think it is appropriate to be sent to a specialist when you are haven a specific problem and she does not hesitate to do this.
