Dr. Freeman is a very effiecient and knowledgeable doctor. I saw him recently regarding TMJ pain and he unlike so many other MDs I've seen demonstrated that he was 100% committed to helping me resolve the affliction. He took immediate charge of my care and immediately referred me to three other specialists that he thought could help in either assesing, curing or helping me with the TMJ in one form or another. He is a proactive, results oriented professional with a sense of humour to boot.

Two years ago I saw Dr. Freeman about concerns I had with my shifting teeth - I had never worn braces in my life and was very hesitant to do so. He explained all the options to me, I went with his best advice, and I am SO VERY HAPPY TODAY. His service is of a superior quality, his knowledge superb, and he was very accommodating to my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Dr. Freeman.

I cannot say enough excellent things about Dr. Freeman. If it wasn't for his perseverance and dedication to me, then I likely wouldn't be alive today. Dr. Freeman was the only one who believed that my chronic pain condition was real and the only one who made the effort to investigate it fully. Thanks to him, my brain tumor was detected and treated in a timely manner. I have never met anyone more dedicated to his patients than Dr. Freeman. He was also able to ally my fears and anxiety through his witty and brilliant sense of humor. I can only hope the residents who train under him learn from his example. His is an incredible teacher and clinician. Mount Sinai is lucky to have him!

I saw Dr Freeman about an issue that seemed to bewilder most other dentists. Having never been to a specialist before, I was extremely reassured by his intelligence and awareness in addressing my issue. His diagnosis was clear and concise and he laid out a treatment plan with a sense of confidence that was refreshing and reassuring. He gave me ample opportunity to speak about my orthodontic condition and myself, and upon discovering I was delaying a wisdom tooth surgery and a high blood pressure treatment plan he eagerly referred me to a surgeon and a cardiologist. Having moved to Toronto recently with no established connection to familiar medical care, he has been an absolute life saver in so many aspects of my life, and it is good to know that there are practioners out there that care about the individual as much as he does. Also, my girlfriend is not from Toronto and when she cracked her tooth late one night, he had her set up to see a dentist the next day. We are fortunate to have known him.

It is very clear Dr Freeman is an expert in his field. However I did not get a great impression of him, and found him to be a little patronizing and glib regarding something I was quite worried about. Some pts may find his nonchalance reassuring: I felt he didn't care about me or my condition. Long wait times, with no apology as well.

Dr. Freeman is very knowledgable. He really cares and is committed to his patients. After we left his office he emailed to see how my daughter was feeling. He is also extremely responsive and has answered my emails at 11 PM on a Friday night! He is also punctual and efficient. We are seen on time and out in a few minutes. A pleasure.

I am in the process of correcting my teeth and have been to 4 orthodontists as I have a unique problem. I can tell you that no one comes close to providing the service Bruce does. He even responds to my emails on weekends with informative information. I also noticed he is much more innovative than any of the other doctors I visited in Toronto.
