Dr. Freeman runs a tight, tight ship. His staff are efficient and knowledgeable and always prepared to help accommodate me at a moments notice. Yet, everything runs like clockwork. I'm never kept waiting, EVER! Which is unheard of in Toronto's medical community. And Dr. Freeman is always accessible to me when I have a question or concern. He took my specific medical needs and orthodontic history into consideration when planning my course of treatment and I believe that is precisely while the results were as successful as they were. Even now, four years after my Invisiline treatment, I have no problem getting an appointment to tweak a retainer. I highly recommend this practice.

Bruce Freeman is the best orthodontist in the city. I have never been to a medical office or any doctor for that matter that operates so efficiently and ON-TIME as Dr. Freeman and his staff. If you make a 15 minute appointment for 2:30, you can be sure that you'll be seen right at 2:30 and have all necessary treatments done by 3pm. It really is amazing. Dr. Freeman is knowledgable and personable and he was able to explain every procedure and an answer any question I have had. I highly endorse Dr. Freeman and his practice to anyone looking for a great orthodontist in the Toronto area.

I saw another orthodontist when I was a teenager,but I didn't wear my retainer, so I needed to have braces again and decided to see Dr. Freeman. My 2 ortho experiences were very different.When I was younger I remember feeling like my orthodontist spent very little time on my teeth and all the work was done by the hygienist.Even when the previous orthodontist was treating me,it felt very rushed.I received the opposite treatment at Dr. Freeman's office.Now all of the work is done by Dr. Freeman or his associate Dr. Stevens.They bonded my brackets,changed wires etc.They have amazing attention to detail.My case is complicated but I feel a lot more confident about the results because they do all the work.Everyone else at the office is great too-friendly and helpful. I know that both doctors are affiliated with a hospital (Dr. Freeman at Mount Sinai & Dr. Stevens at Sick Kids) and think it is great that they give of their time.I would definitely recommend this practice.It's worth the drive!

As an adult who had orthodontia as a child - I went to Dr Bruce to fix my re-collapsed teeth. His demeanour makes the appts stress-free & actually pleasant. Now? My teeth are fab, straight & smile-worthy. My only regret? I do miss the great magazine collection ...

I began seeing Dr. Freeman when I was 42, on the recommendation of my dentist, who was concerned about the angle of my teeth causing wear and damage. Dr. F discussed a number of options with me, and I opted for braces. In the two years he treated me, I never waited in his waiting room for more than a few minutes (and often barely had time to sit down and choose a magazine!) I actually looked forward to my appointments, and have been extremely impressed with the after-care since my braces have been off. Dr. F was always realistic about the kind of results I could expect, but was a perfectionist in making my teeth look as good as possible. Because I had the treatment primarily to avoid causing more damage to my teeth, I hadn't thought very much about the cosmetic results of the treatment. I can't believe how good my teeth look now, and had I known what was possible, I would have had my teeth corrected much earlier than I did. I would recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone!

Dr. Freeman is a personable and competent orthodontist. He provided early orthodontic treatment for my daughter, related to her thumb sucking. He counseled us when we found out by X-ray that she was missing several of her secondary teeth. When it became impossible to drive the distance to his office for her later orthodontic care, he was very helpful in referring to another competent orthodontist in our area. We were sad to leave his practice and would not hesitate to recommend him to others who are seeking An orthodontist with expertise and personality. He does all of the work himself, whereas our subsequent orthodontist had the hygienists put on braces etc.

In my dictionary Dr.Bruce Freeman is the greatest doctor on earth.He diagnosed my problem-not even dental-and probably saved my life.He still keeps in touch. Thank You ever so much.

Without a doubt, Dr. Freeman is the best orthodontist in Toronto. I had a very complicated dental situation, so I asked numerous dentists for their recommendations. Every single one told me to go see Dr. Freeman due to the complexity of the case. Dr. Freeman was outstanding! He was so nice and presented me with several options, all of which involved the newest orthodontic technology. He is well versed in TMJ issues and was able to help my symptoms. I would recommend him to anyone.

His treatment was appalling, took far too long with limited results. by halfway through he had stopped predicting success and tried to suggest that after many years of treatment I was not looking for perfect teeth.
