To those of you who would claim Dr. Jamani's heart is no longer in his work, you are gravely mistaken. Dr. Jamani has been our doctor for over 30+ years, and my GP for 24 of those years. Not only has he saved my life (referred for immediate surgery), but he has also supported our family with the highest standard of healthcare, cared for us emotionally, and has been an inspiration and motivation to be a better person. The type of care Dr. Jamani provides isn't typical of GPs...he is warm, comforting, engaging, and most of all he listens. You must remember, Dr. Jamani has provided SO MANY years of service, this MAN, this HUMAN being has given some of his best years to care for us, selflessly spending hour upon hours in the office, seeing numerous people per day: so if he’s a little bit late, try to be understanding…how do you think he feels when he barely has a minute to grab a snack? You should feel fortunate such an experienced, humble, and knowledgeable doctor still cares for you, and that he continues to do so in his glory years...yes he could have retired at anytime, he could be golfing or on vacation year round, but instead he chooses to share what he does best...care for his patients. I'm tearing up as I write this because of the respect and LOVE I have for Dr. Jamani. You will NEVER find a doctor, or a man for that matter, that is as caring, professional, and respectable as Dr. Jamani. One more thing: a doctor's role isn't to simply provide you with drugs, referrals, and imaging based on your demands, but it is their duty to investigate the issue before making a final, informed decision. If you don't get what you want immediately, then there is a darn good reason for it...respect his opinion, his experience, and his knowledge...and do your part to get better, and as a team you will see results. Furthermore, Steven and the front staff are on top of everything, are awesome to communicate with, and are truly invested in making our appointments happen…thanks! Overall, I feel fortunate to have experienced the care this man has provided me over the years, and I only wish more people had a GP like Dr. Jamani. Thank you Dr. Jamani for all that you have done for my family and I, for being a positive influence in my life, a role model, and an amazing healthcare provider. Much love to you! Dan S.

Dr Jamani has been my doctor my whole life.. He should have retired ages ago. For the past year he's been "trying" to control my blood pressure. He refuses to send me to a specialist. Keeps telling me to come back in 2 weeks.. He listens to whatever he wants to hear, rushes you in and out. Took nearly 4 months to get him to refer me to a specialist for a knee issue..

Dr. Jamani was once a doctor that took his time with each patient. I've notice the past few years he rushes me through and the problem never seems to get solved. His heart doesn't seem to be in his work any more. I've wondered the last couple of times if he is depressed.

Dr.Jamani used to be a fabulous doctor until he decided not to retire and came back to work. His heart and sole does not seem to be in his work anymore. When you go to see him, you wait more than 30 minutes after your scheduled time, when he does come into the room, you have about 5 minutes of his time and before you know it you're out the door and without being diagnose properly. No answer or solution to your medical problem. Going to another doctor is not an option, cause other doctor's are not taking new patients, so I don't have much of a choice but to make due until I find someone else. In the mean time, going to him for anything is pointless cause he doesn't give you a straight answer nor can he give you a solution as to what is wrong. I believe it is time for him to retire and let someone else take over his practice, someone who's heart and sole is still into helping their patience.

This Doctor has almost killed my Grandmother 8 times in the past 10 years. She is currently Pallitive and he will not come out to see her in her home. He removed the Morphine she was being given for no reason and is currently laying in Pain Day after Day. Worst Doctor on the face of the planet also never calls back and has mis diagnosed several times over the PHONE WITHOUT EVEN SEEING HER!!!!

He's the best doctor I've had in my life. He is very humble and funny. And also VERY caring about his patients. And when he recommends antibiotics they actually work!

I know for a fact that Dr J spends an enormous amount of time keeping up to date with the latest research in order to best serve his patients. He spends his own money on drugs for patients who cannot afford medication. He spends sometimes over 12 hours in his office seeing patients because he knows that there are so few Drs in the city often leaving his office, exhausted. If some patients have to wait an hour or so to be seen, then remember that if that was your daughter/ wife/ mum or family member that was requiring his time, then perhaps you would be more compassionate & patient. He NEVER rushes patients(remember some are elderly and need time to dress/undress in order to be examined). As an RN of over 40 yrs experience, I know a great Dr. when I see one and his clinical skills are second to none. Hamilton is VERY fortunate to have him as a FP and God help us when he retires. Of course, if anyone is dissatisfied, there are others only too glad to have your spot.

Dr.Jamani is one of the best out there. He's been my family doctor for my whole life and have never had a problem. Although you may have to wait a while for your turn, you don't have to wait a month to get in to see him. You never feel rushed once you get in there and he'll listen to everything you have to say not like the doctors that will only let you tell them one thing a visit. I've also never been charged for them to refill a prescription, sign a note or fill out papers.

Dr. Jamani is a wonderful doctor and always has the time to listen to all concerns you may have. Dr. Jamani has been my family doctor for 36 years and has always been right in any and all treatment he has provided. Yes the wait may be long at times but there has to be a reason he has so many patients that trust to come to him with their medical concerns. Not once have I ever been rushed in and out and if he is unsure of any problems you may have he sends you to someone who can better diagnose the problem. It is impossible to find a good doctor who is not overwhelmed with so many patients to me this a good sign so many people trust him that they keep coming back. I will miss Dr. Jamani when he finally retires there will be no other like him as he will sadly be missed by myself and all my family. Keep up the good work Dr. J.
