Dr. Cameron performed a c5/6 neck fusion, using hip bone, in 1983. Upon meeting him, he had my X-rays, he asked how I had stood the suicidal pain for 2years. This gentleman has miracle hands, and his compassion, along with his incredible knowledge,and skill, will never be matched. I was shunned, and rejected by several orthopaedic doctors in Victoria, citing imagination, and hysteria. My M.D. said “you know, I know of quite a good surgeon, I have observed him at work, perhaps you should see him. Understatement doesn’t cover it. I awoke in the middle of the night, and he was standing at my bed. He said “how are you feeling Helen, your neck is straight now”. I could cry just thinking back, what an angel he is, and I hope he’s well. I am sorry for those who won’t benefit from his gifts. He repaired botch surgeries for folks from the North. I could praise him all day, but I’ll say again 40years on, God bless you Dr. Cameron, and thankyou.

The best physical exam I've ever had. He explained what he was looking for, and what the results meant. He's given me hope. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience.

Im sad to say that this Dr does not perform any surgery anymore so I am lost as to where to go in Victoria. I heard from many he is the best..... I only hope he can be replaced one day with someone as nice and considerate as he was to me at my appointment that he did not rush. I only wanted him to perform my back surgery.... now, Im nervous to seek out others.

After being neglected and ignored by my physician, Dr. Cameron somehow heard about my case (probably through my cousin who works with him) and got me into the hospital in time to prevent what turned out to be a massive blood clot. As so many others on here have said, he literally saved my life.

Dr. Cameron saved my life in April 1986. He performed a spinal fusion of C1 and C2 ... Which was cutting edge surgery at the time for a rare disease called Grisle Syndrome. .... I saw him a few times in the emergency room when I was there (usually horse related) and he was passing through.... even 25 years later he still recognized me and called me by name.... I am eternally grateful to Dr. Cameron.

Dr. Cameron is incredibly kind, cautious, and thorough. His staff is caring and great at what they do. Though he does not operate anymore, he is an excellent doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Cameron in February 2015. I have no problem recommending him. I did not have to wait to see him. He was extremely thorough in his examination and took time to explain the results of my MRI and Cat Scan, her was courteous and kind. I left his office with a better grasp on my condition and feeling much better. Thank you Dr. Cameron.

I saw Dr.Cameron late in 2012. I was surprised that he had no receptionist or anyone to answer the phone. After an exam and an explanation of his findings he declared that "I didn't need surgery". When I asked how the pain could be eliminated in my hips and how could I stop my legs from "falling asleep" when I walk a short distance I was not given an answer. About a week after the appointment I called twice and left messages with what I considered to be valid questions. The messages were ignored. Not impressed at all. I'm seeing my GP tomorrow to switch specialists.
