Dr. Fellbaum is a very sincere and caring doctor. He returns phone calls (no Charge).He works with you as long as he feels you are in need of his help. There were times I couldn't pay and he still helped me. If it wasn't for his expertise and honesty I likely wouldn't be typing this message. In my opinion I would rate him as a A+++.
