I really like the staff - friendly and welcoming. Dr Randhawa is knowledgeable but is consistently very late…not 5 or 10 min but at least an hour each time. Doesn’t matter if it’s a morning appointment or an afternoon appointment. Doesn’t matter if it’s a weekday or a weekend. This is tricky with young kids as they just sit and watch cartoons for an hour which is not ideal. It’s tricky when you thought you’d be home for dinner at a reasonable hour and everyone is grumpy/hangry. It’s more than inconvenient when you are late for a kids piano lesson or for soccer practice. She also doesn’t apologize or seems to care that you are waiting an hour and doesn’t take feedback to change their how they currently book appointments… despite coming here for 2 years, I am looking at changing optometrists because there has been no improvement in punctuality and not respecting their clients time. Our family doctor, dentist, physiotherapist, etc run late occasionally but not this much or this consistently. Our time is important too.

Has no care for other peoples time. I was told at the previous location that the wait was long due to walk in appointments and it would be better at the new location. It hasn’t gotten better. She has been almost an hour late for both appointments at the new location. I can understand occasionally running late but not every time. Total disrespect of other peoples time!

Totally overbooks! Not worth waiting over an hour for your appointment. Use that time to drive yourself somewhere else.

Dr Randhawa is very good at what she does and she is always very friendly. However punctuality is not her strong suit. After yet again waiting 1 hour and still not called in I was frustrated and left. In the past I have always had to wait for an hour or more. She needs to respect other people’s time and work on restructuring her client appointments.

Firstly, I didn’t even get to see Dr. Randhawa. After an hour of waiting for my appointment I had to leave. Prior to the appointment I received two text messages reminding me of my appointment which made me feel that punctuality is very important to this doctor. I was very wrong! The front staff said that Dr. Randhawa was running late because of emergencies. I asked what kind of emergencies could that possibly be in an optometrist office and she said: “ Eye infections”. I would say diagnosing an eye infection should that at most 5 minutes. At the end, I left. I don’t want to be treated by a doctor who has no respect for me and my time.

Dr. Randhawa is amazing! One of the best Optometrist around. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The only downside is, that she is almost always running behind schedule, usually around 30minutes to 1 hour behind, BUT she is definetely worth the wait!!! Highly recommend Dr. Randhawa.
