Absolutely the WORST medical office ever!! The staff treats patients like sh*t and the doctor is not that professional. If I could give negative stars, I would!

When my two months old baby went to see her, we got there at the appointment time. We waited 1.5 hours to see her. I complained, but the doctor said that there were so many walk-ins that day. They go by first come first serve regardless of the appointment time.
Then at the baby's fourth month check up, I decided to do walk-in based on what I was informed in the previous visit. First, the staff scold at me for not having an appointment. I explained that last time I was told that it's based on first come first serve. Appointment doesn't really reserve the spot for me anyways. Guess what. the staff was anger that I talked back. They put my file at the bottom of the pile. As new patients came in, my file was being pushed back. MY 4 MONTHS OLD WAITED 2 HOURS!! When I asked for an explanation, the doctor's husband, (who couldn't find a job, and had to work for his wife as a office staff), literally YELLED at me for not having an appointment and for talking back to his staff. He even said: you gave me a bad attitude, so we are not going to see your baby. WhyTF didn't you tell me that when I 'talked back' at the very beginning. Why did you make an innocent 4 months old wait 2 HOURS to tell me that!?! And I thought I was the customer!

This office doesn't lack patients because they take tons of medicaid people. They don't care at all of customer service. They don't care if you have an infant who really need to see the doctor at the scheduled appointment time. If you want a real doctor or if you want a doctor who keeps her appointments, I strongly suggest that you find a new doctor.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY. The Staff and Dr. are completely callous. During NYC's flu season, my 4 year old started suffering high fever, vomiting and severe coughing. Unfortunately, my own doc was on a flight. When I called ZHENG's officr, their attitude go to ER or wait. Not wanting to subject my child to ER, I opted for the later appt. Unlike most drs who try to honor appts, but recognize that certain cases should be seen first, 0 sense of triage. When Dr. Zheng examined my toddler, she spent 5 perfunctory minutes but seemed pleasant. The next day, I called as my 8 month infant was suffering the same symptoms, I was told they could only see previous patients, but not new ones. So their logic was that they could see my toddler, but not my feverish infant. Doc didn't even bother to speak to me or offer an alternative. By that time, my own ped called and rec CityMD on the UES. They were caring and ACTUALLY tested my infant for the flu. Zheng is CHINA trained and it shows. Your kid is just a #.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Zeng for only a few months. The first visit my wife and I brought our daughter for a physical exam prior to her starting the school year. The office staff were impolite and showed little interest in providing the minimal amount of customer service. My wife brought our daughter back for a visit (without me) due to fever, cough, etc and the doctor was abrupt to my wife and brushed off my daughter's questions and concerns. I will write a letter to our insurance and will change to a different pediatrician for my daughter.

we've been taking our child to see dr zeng. so far, she has been good. she is not the most sanitary though. i noticed her put on gloves and then touch everything around so there is no point in using gloves at that point since it's been contaminated. the waiting room is very small so it can be very crowded especially during the weekend.

I've gone to this doctor ever since I was a little child. She's very friendly to me, and she always asks how I've been. For me, because I usually only go to her for checkups because I'm not usually sick, she gets to me quickly, and lets me out once everything's done. I love her very much.

The doctor is no good. She always cold face to patient. She return calls for child's sickness inquiry later for couple days. She never remind my wife of risk of infection to infant at breast milking as she is HB carrier. My girl was infected. She only answered your questions very briefly, never tell you more than you asked. Her office was managed by her husband, a mean man. Her daughter was serving as nurse but not quite sure if she has license. Her office staffs are no warm either. They just function like robots. The doctor is probably so eager for money. One instance when I request if she can prescribe tylenol, or motrophin or advil as house-hold preparation in case of child gets sick, and was refused. She said we can send child to her office whenever sick, was not considerate that a lot of minor fever, child can be served with tylenol and be good. She is not helpful because now over-the-counter medicine need prescription for Flexible Spending account reimbursement.

she is ok, but not great. very typical doctor, but not too personal or talkative. she is just an "in and out" doctor...just there to treat, that's all. wait time is ok.

On May 20th, 2009 at around 10:00am, I walked into Dr. Katherine Zeng’s office with my 7 years old son who was suffering in fever. After I registered my son’s name on the waiting board, I politely informed the man who stands in the front desk that my son is sick and would like to be seen by doctor today. The man questioned me, “has he been seen by Dr. Zeng prior this visit?”. I replied, “No, this is the first time he is here”; the man immediately said, “We don’t accept new patient”. I was totally shocked by his reply, but I still used my gentle tone and a smile face to reconfirm that I did not hear him wrong and said to him, “my son is sick now and we were referred by one of your existing patient”. His reply remains the same also added another sentence, “we do not accept new patient now, you should take him back to his own doctor if he is sick”. I DON'T understand how could a medical professional doctor refused to treat a sick child!
