While Dr. Hornstein is a kind doctor, she was "confident" my symptoms were nothing to worry about. After months of pain and chronic coughing and no real help, I was finally diagnosed with cancer - and it was caught by an urgent care doctor - not her, my primary care physician.

Can always get a same-day appointment, which is great! Very friendly, and she never rushes me. But she doesn't always take concerns seriously or provide useful suggestions.

If it were not for Dr. Lucy, I would be dead. She had diagnosed my health problems when other Dr.'s could not. She is a very knowledgeable Doctor. The office staff at her office is very personable and accommadating to my requests.I recommend her her very, very highly.

When you call the office you get a person, not a run on answering machine. She is very supportive in difficult life circumstances. Will refer to specialists when needed. Is interested in the entire family. She is a great Doctor and very human.

Dr. Hornstein is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff, and she treats her patients like people, not numbers. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. However, if you are a drug seeker, don't waste your/her time.

Dr. Hornstein responded to my daughter's condition with a "she'll grow out of it" attitude.I took my daughter to a specialist who told me her condition was a "no brainer".My daughter had the surgery she needed and began to thrive. If I had gone along with Hornstein and ignored my intuition, my daughter would be suffering needlessly.

Dr. Hornstein is the type of doctor that I wish all doctors were like. She's knowledgeable, patient, understanding and compassionate. She truly listens and cares about her patients and their concerns. She's current with new ideas & treatments. Her office staff is equally as great and I can always get an appointment within a few days of my call. I truly think that she's the type of doctor that makes all the difference in the world.

Dr. Hornstein is great - she's been my doc for years. Very good at diagnosing problems, never had to wait excessively in her office. Office staff is knowledgeable. Knows a lot about drugs and illness, probably much more than other docs of her age. She is quirky for sure - has a sense of humor!
