Wonderful attitude, very helpful, takes time to listen and explain things. You can count on her sincere caring and never rushing you like some doctors offices do. I highly recommend Dr. Souder.

I've been a patient with Dr. Souder for more than a decade and am quite happy with the care I receive. She's made some good diagnoses. She's always pleasant and considerate, takes a good history, makes good use of electronic records and seems to me to be current with the medical literature. Her manner is genuine and I believe she is dedicated to my wellness. I tend to avoid pills or procedures; others might think she's too conservative--matter of opinion. The practice is part of PennHealth--good network, bureaucratic (that may be "average"), but the front desk staff could be more customer service oriented. Nurses are friendly and careful. They use myChart electronic records so I can see my values etc., but that software is not as user friendly as some other EHR services. Can't assess if it's better in terms of security/privacy. Overall I would recommend Dr. Souder and this practice for GP/FP service and will keep her as my primary doctor as long as I live in Phoenixville.

Dr. Souder is an awesome doctor. She's always very knowledgeable and punctual. And what I think is most important, she doesn't double schedule and triple schedule her appointments like a lot of doctors do.

Typical "mainstream medicine" - at first I thought of Dr. Souder as "efficient" - I was usually in and out of there in about 5 minutes, kind of like a "minute clinic." When I had simple ailments, needed a prescription for an antibiotic, etc., that was fine. When I developed more complex medical issues, she evidently didn't want to be bothered to help me. She referred me to a specialist who couldn't even help me, and I've found myself going in circles for months now. Finally I gave up and switched to another practice. I would only recommend Dr. Souder for simple ailments such as a cold or virus.

Dr. Souder is a very caring and intelligent dr. She takes all of the time that she needs with a patient to insure a thorough and accurate appointment. I have never been comfortable with Dr.'s and have finally found someone who I feel has a true love for her career and the people she serves.

Dr. Souder is one of the best in the practice. My name is Eric Rittenbaugh. Unfortuately people will go out of their way to Rate a Dr. if they have a bad experience but it is rare for someone to do it for good experiences! So here I am informing you that Dr. Souder is def a superb Dr.!! Don't forget. Doctors are humans too! They can have a bad day just as well as you can. How would you like to hear 50 complaining people a day!

I began with Dr. Souder about 4 months ago and am quite pleased. She is professional, knowledgable and seems to really care about her patients. My first appt was a full physical and unlike the previous writer, she took her time and did a comprehensive job. She has offered recommendations to other medical professionals as needed. My only complaint is that the new office is next door to the pediatrics department and you'd hear kids screaming bloody murder as you signed in and waited for your appointment.

Dr Souder has been a great doctor for me. She's taken a lot of time with me when I am there for appointments. She is genuinely concerned for my health.
