I have been Dr. Prenger’s patient for a number of years. He is a great diagnostician and a kind , caring physician. He listens, asks questions and makes sure I understand what is going on.

I arrived early for my Appt. I was seen immediately. Dr. Prenger filled in for my physician. He was attentive, patient, & made me feel completely comfortable.

keeps you waiting in lobby & then again in patient exam room. aloof & in a rush to get done. wont catch things unless you specifically tell him, lack of inquisitiveness in asking questions. Do not Recommend.

I just love this guy! He is very easy going and actually listens to you. He is always available, through the patient portal and responds promptly. His referrals are always top notch. I cannot say the same for the reception area; they are very rude; Stephanie thinks she runs the practice. She would not allow me to make my last appointment because I would be 10 minutes late even though we were moving out of state the next week. This "no-show" appointment has caused untold problems getting the proper care. It is too bad the doctor cannot control the staff provided by the practice.

Scott prayer is to be candid the very best internist I've ever had in my lifetime. He is courteous, pleasant and always extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone of my friends, family or clients.

Dr. Prenger and his staff are just great, not infallible, but attentive and prompt. Dr. Prenger is a top notch physician and diagnostician. I'm glad he is my physician.

Dr. Prenger is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, attentive, efficient and relaxed. He spends all the time with you that you need and my wife and I consider him to be an outstanding primary care physician. When we moved to the Westerville area we carefully researched our options. We found and selected Dr. Prenger and have been gratified and thankful ever since.

Dr. Prenger is an excellent physician. He is very kind and shows great concern for his patients. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have considered going elsewhere as they are very rude. They are not prompt and will leave you sitting waiting to check in. They are not friendly people at all. Same day hours are not available so don't expect to get in with Dr. Prenger for a same day appt. It might be weeks before you can get in.
